I don't really care anymore, I cancelled my sub already.
I would put being unable to even login to the game at about the top of the list of problems that would lead to subscription cancellations. I know they have a lot of in game bugs and issues they are working on currently but problems like this should take precedent, imo. But I may be a bit biased on that.

Or an announcement, that this is a known issue and they are working on it. Or recommend the players not to kill the game if they have long/endless loading screens, first they should just try to wait.

Both haven't worked. Going to restart the computer JUST IN CASE but....*shrugs*
