And I just got an email from support on this very issue telling me to go the very page that is NOT available ATM for a work-around, something silly about signing a new Terms Of Agreement thing ... but the site is DOWN too...good golly...good golly...

I completely understand. I'm experiencing the same frustrations, but at least they're reportedly working on it. That's the best I can hope for at this point lol.

Okay, here's what I did.
I switched to the EU Megaserver. Logged in with no issue, created a new character, and got into the Cells without a problem.
Switch back to US Megaserver, no ability to login. I noticed in the development messages that it's having issues with the us.json and en.json.
I had already done a complete client uninstall / delete directory / reinstall to make both US and EU client directories 100% in sync.
This tells me that the issue is with my ability to log in is on the US megaserver's side.
@lord_dal , you arent in the good thread. This is not a 301 error, we dont even get to the character loading screen
Account info invalid mean you have been banned (80% of the time). sorry to tell you that
