I have the Gilded Stirrups on some of my accounts, so I should always be getting a Dapper Daredevil outfit style page on those accounts; however, I don't always get the Dapper outfit style page as a reward. It seems I was going to get another Gilded Stirrups, but since I already have it, the reward algorithm is not working as intended.

Note: I noticed the same issue a couple of times during the Jester's Festival

You're missing the part that was above the quoted text from your source. The part where it says... "Interested in the goodies you can find within these boxes? Check them out below"

Note that it says "can find" and not "will find".

You basically have a chance at one of those dropping. If you already have the stirrups, and the chance to get stirrups hits again, it'll be a style page instead of nothing.

I had the same just now. Purple motif page, no event style page from a golden box.

I see your point; however, based on the wording, you should get either a Golden Stirrups or a Dapper outfit style page (the chance aspect for this is for one or the other). And so if the RNG is for a Golden Stirrups when you already have one, the algorithm is supposed to give you a Dapper outfit style page instead.

At least that is my interpretation of the wording. I could be wrong, but I do not thank so.

That's a pretty reasonable price. I'll have a look at the guild traders before hitting up the Impressario. Generally I find guild trader prices too high for me, so I tend to not look for anything on them.

How strange it must be, then, that for accounts that didn't get the stirrups, and they get the page every single day without fail, almost as if the page is supposed to be guaranteed (I'm getting a gold box every day on 12 accounts across 2 servers for both Jester's and this event, and I've never seen a gold page fail to drop unless that account has already gotten the morph fragment).

No, their use of the word "can" is completely irrelevant.

Their intent is pretty explicitly communicated: you are guaranteed either a page or a morph fragment. And there is clearly a bug with the implementation: it's supposed to re-roll for a page if you get the fragment a second time, but this "re-roll for a page if you get the fragment again" is broken. The same thing happened during Jester's, and, not surprisingly (since I'm sure they used the same code for both events), it's happening here for Anniversary.

Not a steal, just a typical day at guild traders on PS/NA towards the end of an event. This morning I looked for Style Page: Dapper and found two different pages for 500 gold, and a third different page for 800 gold. I was looking because I got a duplicate Dapper style page this morning and was looking to see what to list it for.

The only thing I have noticed is that unboxer addon seems to have some hiccups with the style pages and food recipes. I have found the collectible and have found a style page every other day.
