Vampirism and lycnthropy as crown store items?

How much would you pay in the crown store to just get a bite already?
18k at the peak value is about 14 bucks
1 k at the lowest offer.
I say offer because every troll in the game is offering a bite if you join their trash guild or meet them in a far off wayshirine and they never show up.
Why is the crown store offering new mounts when it could be
A -offering a service people are clamouring for
B- could stop trolls harrasing new ignorant players with vampire bite guild invites.
C-the crown store offers convenience items. A working adult can't farm the spawn spots and could hypethetically become bitten on a long enough timeline so offering the vampire bite without promise of quest completion is really the same As an experience boost.

The trolls are charging players for the bites they are keeping rare by killing off the blood fiends when they spawn. Why do they kill the blood fiends? Because players pay for bites, driving the market.


All the players who would like to see the infections sold as convenience items in the crown store please post your support below.

I think that if zos sells the service and uses the money for future dlc development, everyone wins!

I guess we would just have to find a way to live with ourselves.

I would pay absolutely nothing for this. But then again, I'm on PC, and it's super easy to get a free bite on PC. Given a little bit of time it will become easy to get a free bite on console too.

Just chill. The same thing happened with PC, and will happen again for console. At first vamp and WW bites were hard to come by, and after like 2 or 3 months everyone and their mother had an alt that could bite your new alt for you for free. Just wait. It's not like you're missing any new content or anything, you'll have the same content to play with until at least October probably, though that may be optimistic with ZOS' track record.

It took abit longer on pc to reach this but it should be alot quicker on console.

No. We don't want them selling ways to increase your characters performance. Keep it cosmetic and convenience items only. Adding infections to the crown store would be the first step to a pay-to-win game.

Who's crying. Its a product in demand and I think zos should get the money not some enterprising lowlife who kills off the vamps too keep demand up.

I kind of agree with him though , people just need to be patient, i gave a guy 2k for my ww bite, then bit my friend 40 mins later, my friends got there vamp bite from actual mobs and instantly gave their bites out when they hit rank 6. It's spreading quickly.

Putting options like that in the store will turn the game into the typical mmorpg:
'if your lazy just buy your character and not play the game'

The imperial edition offers access to the imperial passives.

The vampire and werewolf skill lines are no different.
And there is a constant need for this item.
Three threads a day are shut down because people are trying to pay real money for bites.

Zos could help to protect the financial security of its patrons by keeping its players financial information out of the hands of the kind of people who would kill vamps all day to ruin your day.

Zos can be a hero here. With no one to anger but the bite chargers. Its a win win.

-Things like this in the crown store is going waaaaay too far
-you are definitely not a pc player or transfer so there is no point to this at all its wasted resources, you will see why soon enough.
-Some of us are sick of the whining kids on console and spamming our forums with it so we are biting as quickly as possible.


Spreading the diseases takes time just chill also if you are writing this and dont want the bite why do you care?.

My bet is you desperately want a bite and only said you don't to not have this flamed as such.

I beieve this would be a good idea. As everyone said before the in game cost will be little to nothing soon. I say put em both on there and charge $10 each. You still have to level up the skills not like you are max level when you get infected. Great idea imho.

I'm a werewolf. I gave my first bite for free and will give everyone after for free to. You can only bite once every 7 days so be patient. The real problem here is the scamming and to solve that I suggest they remove the ability to infect other people. Discuss

Yeah a free roleplayed bite is the ideal thing!
Its people paying trolls for bites that is robbing this kind of imaginative play from the game.
So yeah crown store bites and then we can go back to playing for fun.

That's a weak comparison.
No other players can prevent you from fighting molag ball as the can with the vamps.
Worse yet other players can't overcharge you for the crime of getting to the spawn point even minutes behind them. You were late to the game or didn't transfer your PC vamp so now you must pay 18 k .
Your argument is as tacky as a bite charger.

Crown store the item and move on.

Exactly. Eventually the value would diminish and zos could make a bit of funds in the mean time.

You still have to level the skill up.
Just like the imperial edition.
I have to level my character up to use it.

Maybe I was a bite rude myself, lol.
I don't want a bite either but its dominating the game chat ATM. And giving idiots too much power over new players.
I agree you should still be able to get infected in game.
This suggestion might stop the spawn killing and make it so the players that want to earn a bite a chance.
The prob is you can't earn the bite now if you want to.

If zos set a crown store price for a bite, bite chargers couldn't charge more than zos at least.

Don't compare the imperial edition to a in game event.

The imperial editions costs money because you pay for an entire different class that can be made in any faction.

Generally don't see the point of Zos bothering the add easily obtainable stuff to the crown store when in 2 weeks they'll become useful.

This isn't a p2w game, if you really want to be a vamp or ww you'll work for it.
