Maybe if there is enough console players that report the problem it will finally get fixed.
I do play on PC (NA) and I get disconnected 1-3 times per play session.
Don't get me wrong, not just me but most of the players I play with are getting disconnected sometimes.
We just dont bother to report anymore after 1 year of beeing told its our PC or ISP.

It is so common that when we see a teamate that stop moving we alwais think Oh "insert name" just crashed.

how it happen :
Playing normally almost anything , PvE, PvP, quest or dungeon, trial or DSA or even just waiting somewhere.
Then everyone else stop but you can move and it look weird next thing you got booted to the login screen.
First login never work, getting either

"error 1" or "cant reach game server" or "bad account info error"(close the game again)
Restart a third time and finger crossed login

My hope are thin after 1+ year, keep posting and hopefully someone at ZoS will do something

I just deleted the game from my ps4 (I bought the digital copy from the Playstation Store 2 weeks ago), then i completely removed all other games & data from my ps4 & reset everything to factory settings.

Downloaded the game & patch again. Worked fine for 5 minutes then disconnected again just like before.

Fix this or at least update us on what you're trying to do to fix the game!

Starting to think I should have spent my money on the new Batman game instead.

Get this error regularly and I know my internet is 100% good.

I play just fine, I will randomly get kicked out of the game and then see this message.
I can usually log back in and continue playing.
Sometimes it will happen a lot, other times not for a long time. It is completely random.

Update: I've now been able to avoid all of these problems by using a VPN through the Netherlands. Excellent that I should be able to play now, however why I should have had to do this in the first place is beyond me.

I have the same thing happened every now and then. Funny that I have crappy internet, but can play games online without issue, but ESO has been the game that has broke my patience. Between the bugs in game and getting kicked off the server at random, I am too the point of hair pulling.

Please get your game fixed Zenimax so I can run around naked with my khajiit without getting kicked off the server.

I have been getting error Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection on PS4 for the last few days and its getting beyond a joke. Six times yesterday evening and after the maintenance today have managed half an hour before getting kicked? I have checked with my ISP and there are no issues with my connection/equipment.
I have no issues on other games?

This is something that requires a patch/fix or at least ZoS acknowledge the issue?

Have you been able to play before? Twice for the duration of tutorial without issue, then kicked out and not able to login again even after making a new character. Both times I was only able to play after creating a new character.
Able to play after seeing this error? As stated above only once after creating a new character. But not since the second time, over 2 weeks ago.
Kicked or while playing? both but mostly while trying to load a character.

I have opened/forwarded ports, used a LAN cable, contacted support on separate occasions and they continue to give me the same "fixes" that don't actually work. After contacting my IP they told me there is a known issue with the game where it requires a public IP address. This may indeed be true but my understanding is that having a public IP also makes your system more susceptible to security issues not to mention it costs more money.

I am understanding that MMOs have to deal with a lot of issues at launch but getting kicked out while playing is a separate issue from never actually being able to play. It is unfortunate that so many players are experiencing this and then given the run around. I hope they find a fix for this issue because the short amount of time I have played was enjoyable but I have spent many more hours looking for solutions and contacting support than playing the game and my own personal patience is reaching its end. If anyone has a solution that has worked please suggest. Thank you

Maybe I didn't explain myself clearly enough: When I use the headset, I got DC even now and then. I'm so frustrated with it...
...but I noticed for some days that if I doesn't use the headset, the game NEVER kick me random.
Maybe its something with the mic, or the 7.1, or who knows...but no headset, no random kick

Only happens to me in cyrodiil. It's slowly driving me insane as that's all I really want to do. Bit over constantly grinding quests and just want to play a bit of pvp but literally get disconnected every time there are a few enemy players around which is a lot as I would like to defend and attack keeps if I am able too.

Iv now got my ps4 plugged in to my router via Ethernet cable and Iv also double checked my router settings to make sure UPnP is enabled. I have literally never had a problem playing any other games on ps4 and everything on the computer runs perfectly as well

I get around 30 mb/s

I really like the pvp on this game I think it's great I would just love to experience it properly

I'd rather you guys stop worrying about your first dlc, hold that off for the moment while you fix all this mess that you've got running first. Pvp is an integral part of any mmo and you'll find people stop forking you out the $$$ and go to something that is actually physically possible to play

I have been playing for around 12-16 hrs/day for about a month. I notice the disconnects are frequent at higher population times (ie. 5pm est). I have my ps4 hardwired on my 150/10 Mbps connection. I will play all night without a disconnect, but when the peak times hit.. non stop disconnects.

This is ridiculous. Every time I get in, I can play for a minute and then I get kicked out. "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection." ***, my internet is fine and your servers suck a big one.

Before scheduled maintenance on Wednesday 15 July, the game ran flawlessly. I barely ever DC'd. Now I'm guaranteed at least one DC an hour.

Randomly, during gameplay.

For those of you who have had trouble simply getting your characters to load I was told by my ISP that this game works much better with a public IP Address. I have tried for three weeks using a cable modem hookup with an ever changing IP address and using a static address for my ps4, only able to play the tutorial mission and then getting kicked and not being able to get back in. I played two tutorials, the rest of the time I got the dreaded unable to connect, i reiterate, in a three week period sometimes trying for a couple hours at a time to get the game to simply load a character. So today I had my ISP setup a public IP and was rewarded with 3 straight hours of play. I logged on with three different characters and I started playing at around 5 EST on NA server, never once experiencing lag. I am not saying this will work for everyone ( or that it will continue working for me, fingers crossed) but it was a big relief to see load screens/experience game play and not just be kicked out. Best of luck to those of you still struggling with this, I will post again if there are changes when I run again this evening.

This is beyond a joke now, it's been getting progressively worse over the last two weeks and it's sucking every ounce of enjoyment out of the game, I've doubled my internet speed since it started happening and done all the tests on other games aswell and they work fine. Please fix this ASAP.
