Your comments show a complete lack of any understanding of how the game actually is played. Your sarcasm further pushes the envelop that your context is not an actual hands on account but moreso based on an assumption from another experience.
There is no zone voice chat, there is no voice trade chat and just as in any other console game. You can quickly and easily mute anyone that does have background noise. It's simple and for those the game is targeting according to ZOS the omission of any text chat because the target audience doesn't want to play with a keyboard.

Nope i didnt play the Beta nor will i play an MMO on a console. So i was just curious and it was a serious question. Now on the PC version, everyone is yelling in Deeshan for a group for they daily pledge. No one actually uses the LFG Tool since its broken or was. So im trying to figure out, how you get a group together when you have no chance to communicate with another player before you invite him to your group.

Beta was not even a accurate representation of the release population. Cryodiil was empty for most the beta(10 people isn't pvp for Cyrodiil). No one was trading or crafting hardcore, or using the bank or guild store. You didn't need the social features such as voice chat in beta, nor were they tested beyond groups of 5 people. This is because not many people leveled beyond level 15.
Saturday, console Twitch streams didn't exist for beta. Sunday there were three people streaming.
The one person I watched on twitch got to level 36 by Sunday night, he might of hit 40 by Monday morning. But he was hardcore soloing, never grouping, never testing any of the voice chat features.
This beta was way to short to stress test Cyrodiil and was really a joke. They should have a open beta before console release and dump everyone in Cryodiil to see if the console explode with unplayable lag. But since there are no more betas, we'll get to test that in the paid version, live game in June. Sounds familiar coming from PC.
The comments of crying babies in the background doesn't require you to be in ESO beta....it's a fact for anyone who has used voice chat in ANY game. And with this being the only form of communication in ESO console, voice 'noise' is going to have a lot of muting going on. Then where does that leave us? Not having any alternate way of communicating.
Final comment. You don't want to play console with a chat system that requires a keyboard. You are in the miniority. Figure that out.

Correct BETa wasn't an accurate representation
Cyrodil ...depends on when you played. We had a group of 12 with another group with us and took 2 keeps and almost a third. Then the other faction steam rolled us. It was at least 200 people combined at some times which is a lot considering how small the beta crowd was.
Background noise...so again people had no understanding that others could hear them or that voice chat was even on IF no one spoke to them and also the prox is 20 yards so the only time I had those experiences which was not often was if I stood for a while at a vendor with someone else.
Resolution, if you see the white pop-up, if it bothers you go to the next vendor.
Crafting...maybe an issue but I never experienced any background noise as crafters seemed to be self aware.
Grouping....after introductions and playing ppl mute their nice so only those who used the Kinect had background noise which is understandable. Give people a chance to adjust to the game. This isn't really the issue people are making it out to be OR just mute them. It takes 2 seconds and I only muted 1 person who was doing it on purpose so I reported them on Xbox. Problem solved forever.
The reality of your playing without a keyboard to chat is false according to ZOS who is marketing the console versions of the game in their words to a crowd who is on a couch, far away from the screen who doesn't find keyboard use ideal.
Challenge is this...assuming people play like you instead of realizing that we all play differently will open your mind to the idea that ZOS has made the best decision for those they are marketing to on console.
If using keyboard chat on console is an ideal experience, realize you're not in the target market for console at this time.
Let's all adjust as there are other features I think should be there but guess what...it's not for us who are use to a PC MMO experience.

"Hi ,
I'm really sorry for the delay of answer, we have been quite busy lately.
We are well aware of the feedback regarding the chat on console and even though it will probably not be available at the release, but this is something we are considering thanks to the feedback from the players as you just did.
Regarding your second question, there is no plan to remove the text chat from the PC version so you don't have to worry about it
I hope I answered to your questions and concerns and I wish you a great day.

May I point out that this is only your (humble, hopefully) assumption and that you have no tools to determine this unless you performed a wide range statistical analysis on the target population.
A pool pfless than 300 participants on a forum is not indicative of anything besides a pre-selected population of conservative pc master race gamers.
Besides, asking for chat because LFG tool doesn't work is nonsense, if LFG tool doesn't work then it should be fixed, chat is just a workaround.

That's the compromise. Now maybe later ...later but they're not going to look at it again until they hear from the console customers so it'll be at least September before even having enough people to look at it again.
Games take 3-6 months to grow in this type of game so figure how long it takes a casualt to go from 1-vr14 and then give valid feedback

Please let's move onto things that actually need addressing on console rather than personal differences of communication styles.

Really? Then why is it that every other MMORPG on consoles has text chat? Oh ya BTW if you haven't heard DCUO is coming to the Xbox One ... guess what it'll have text chat too.
If I primarly play games on consoles (and I do) I would expect a MMORPG to have text chat as a basic feature.

Smurf you can move on, stop single handedly spearheading the fight for no console zone chat and let the 70% of the player base who want it continue to request this important feature.
Edit: Just saying...you say move on but then come to respond to every single post.
