They did say that mobs in Cyrodil are V5 now, which should definitely be harder. They also boosted Cyrodil scaling and had kills gave more experience. There are also specific locations where they noted higher (or lower) difficulty. It may help to say where you are and what you're doing.
Great! Genius! LOL Make them even moar stupidly harder!
In other news... I just solo'd a VR 4 world Boss(The Ratmaster lady in Eastmarch) at VR 2, lol
I haven't noticed any increase really. I do "relatively" okay against mobs 2 levels above me. I figured they're OP because of that.
But if they were buffed even more than this is getting ridiculous. I AM noticing that these Skeevers are stupidly durable. But whatever... lolveteran.

So somewhat buffed mobs wouldn't be unwelcome. I highly doubt they'll be as ridiculous as described though.
When you have VR8 and 10 players saying so, it is probably accurate that they are at least much harder. Someone posted from the new "death notes" feature regular mob hits of above 1500. That nears almost a one shot for some clothies.

Someone explain again the purpose of a play-test server? I think I might be missing some hidden meaning.
Also, please never again listen to the person who said "Ya know...the horse hooves need to be louder**!" Ever. On anything.

I am only half way pass V1, but I don't remember my HP drop that significantly with a single hit, now, even with boundless storm, which raise my armour to 2k+, one single hit from a normal mob drop my HP by 800+. Two to three hits and I am dead.
Is this intended? Now I feel like they somehow completely removed the armour rating from the damage calculation equation or something.

They are roughly doubled in the way that mobs that had 3.5 now have +6k and surprise attack from stealth that took half their life as an opener from stealth now takes a quarter even though the damage is the same .
Maybe you should abstain from making claims about people's skill until you have the damn numbers.

Perhaps. Perhaps not. Considering that this patch gives me an effective +10% spell crit, I doubt it'll take many more elemental rings to bring any group down, Worst case scenario? Put elemental drain on them first and the cost will be basically what it was before. Oh, the horror!

stop considering, and go play, when you crawl back, we will be kind
Ok I am now sure that it is a bug,
I went to Craglorn and went against a group of 4 scorpions they had 2.5k hp each they died from my usual approach. Humans in VR7 zones have 3.5k and I only manged to take out a 3 pack once by mistake.
