Wont let me resubscribe

logged on today so that i can play eso... my account wasn't active. even though i had the recurring subscription active and money came out on the 2nd of may. but i was like F**** it ill pay again and get them to fix it... tried again took my money again.... still not active... then i thought that hmmm maybe there's something wrong with my card... so i tried another one... another $15 dollars gone... account still not active.... then i tried paypal still not active after chucking $60.

all i have is the money taken out of my account with zeni sending me this email

Same problem here man. I also tried multiple times...I've been waiting for over and hour and a half for their billing support team to contact me via email. This is real peoples money we're dealing with here. Sort out the computer farts already.

If it is clear there is a problem, why would you keep trying multiple times, apparently with money taken from your bank each time, before contacting customer service?

Nope, I believe you guys might be having issues with making a payment, but coming into the forums saying you tried four time before realizing something was wrong seems far fetched. Either the OP needs someone to teach him how to manage his money, or he is lying to make his situation seem worse than it is.

according to my bank, the issue seems to be on their side as they've not accepted the payment, so my money is on hold atm.

They're not accepting all payments properly. Just FYI. The billing department is in the US so you need to wait for them to wake up.

The OP isn't lying. There's multiple threads on here for payments being registered as declined after being processed. Tickets need to be logged and you need to wait a while, maybe a few days, as something is broke. Don't keep trying to pay.

Never said he didn't try and it failed. I was questioning the fact he said he tried 4 times to have $60 taking out of his account. I was giving the guy the benefit of the doubt of not being that big a fool.

Just a typical internet guy being an internet guy. I wouldn't bother shunex. Forums are pretty much full of people calling out spelling mistakes, grammar and what ever they think is dumb. Not really helping the situation here guys.

Imagine that, the clunky payment system they have doesn't work. I have never had more issues paying for a game than I am having with this one from the initial time it made me put in a credit card to get my 30 free days, to now trying to change my card so I can pay for another month.

I would think you can probably get on the phone with your banks/paypal if you need that money refunded right away.

So there is no maintenance today but at least the payment system doesn't work so I can't play anyway. It's funny actually; typically this is the one feature that 99.99% of games get right.

Yeah mate. I don't even have to type anything because you said everything that happened to me. PayPal declined but funds in and used it to pay for the game. Tried again this morning before Maintenance, Declined (Funds in bank). Tried with my visa after maintenance and it said accepted but my days left said 0 so I logged into the game and played for a hour, logged out. Came back about a hour later and bang, no sub active so I tried again with my visa and still declined. Tried again after triple checking my bank and it finally read as 30 days left.

So I checked my bank to see the damage and even though on 4 occasions it had been declined for which they SHOULDN'T have took the money else why would it be declined, if they had the money! I was now over £60 down, the last sub that worked had taken exactly £18 from my account for 1 month!!!!

I have email customer support and they said they have forwarded it to the relevant department but I'm phoning my bank later if I haven't heard anything and getting a charge back done on them and Ill probably just leave it at that but its left a real sour taste in my mouth! I wondered why the games been so quiet today, bet they have done it to thousands and thousands of people, I just thought those people had unsubbed.

Yeah I know. Don't normally rise too it but I'm not in the best mood. Thankfully the mods have deleted their troll posts.
