Wont let me resubscribe

    Well its been 4 hours now where i havent been able to play and not due to maintenance which is a completely different story and then i could accept this but wow... I never experienced this before, ive been charged but cant play. I dont know if i should laugh or cry :) Didnt they do the auth check to not have complications like this when it was time to actyually subscribe?

    I really want to resubscribe to the game, but I'm not going to until I find out that this mess is handled.

    I do not have access to my account is locked so-called lack of provision. My bank reported that my account has sufficient provision thank you in advance.

    Weirdly, I managed to sort mine out by switching to a 1-month sub plan (was going for 6 month), and adding 'Mr' in front of my name (as it is on my card). That went through no trouble and now I'm back in-game... dunno if that's helpful for anyone, but it worked for me.

    Having the same problem here, getting a "Transaction Receipt" for 0 € and then a notification of Transaction Receipt Status: DECLINED

    The address and name on the card need to match exactly the same psn gave me hell one time over second and 2nd

    A straight credit card renewal had no problems, so this is probably tied to issues with other payment methods.

    My guess is that people who mock those who have trouble with payments dont have these problems because they didnt sub in the first place. Take me for example. I laugh about that fact and dont have the ttrouble because I didnt subscribe.

    Funny how you didn't read what was actually wrote. I never said I didn't believe people were having issues. I just thought it was weird someone would try four times before they would stop throwing money at a problem. I might have this issue when my free time is up, but I still have a day or two left. You can call me what you want, but the fact I don't believe everything that seems odd to me that is posted doesn't make me a troll.

    No what, I am just going to leave it be. Believe what you want. I never called the op an idiot, but I will not repeat what I did say. I apologize to anyone that feels I thought they weren't having an issue. I honestly believed from the start people were having issues, but I found OPs post hard to believe.

    Same here. I have more than enough money in my account and a recurring subscription. This is completely absurd.

    Yes, I was charged for both unsuccessful attempts, and no, I don't have the money back yet - but ZOS haven't got it either. I've called my bank and checked on this.
    Basically, it seems like ZOS's payment system won't take the payment unless their copy of your card details EXACTLY matches the card - right down to if you used a short version of your name, or if you have 'Mr' or 'Mrs' at the front. However, it doesn't void the payment when it does this - so Visa or Mastercard or whatever are legally required to keep the money 'available' for ZOS to collect until they do so, so it can't come back to you either. The details provided are correct enoguh for your bank to put the money up (since most banks don't need the 'Mr', or will accept 'Bob' instead of 'Robert', or don't care if you include your middle name etc), but isn't correct enough for ZOS to collect it. So the money gets stuck in limbo for a week or more.
    Zos say they can't do anything about it, which is probably true - the payments have been declined by their system, and they can't refund it because they haven't got it. But their system hasn't told the bank that it's void, so the bank can't give it back either.

    k today i got the same issue, apply subcription, received the mail to confirm it, and after that receive the mail with "Subscription Payment Failed", i've tryed with paypal too but got same issue, now i've lost my money and can't play...i've open a ticket (140511-041844) i hope they can resolve that, but for now i don't try to subscrive anymore at least till the problem was fixed

    Also have the same problem. My 180day playtime was supposed to be activated on may 11,2014 and I received a email that the subscription payment failed and was declined. I tried changing payment method to three month one and again six month, same thing happend again. I went to my bank and saw that i was charged three times 2x€65.94 and 1x €35.97. I opened a ticket reference code is: 140512-020210 plz resolve this issue.
