Does someone know (hey, ESO Online Team, are you even there?) if the issue has been resolved yet? My subscription fee was reserved at the bank from May 14 until today (authorized but apparently not accepted by Zenimax), when it was suddenly released back to my account. I haven't heard from the ESO Online Team since Friday, even though I mailed them this past Monday and asked for feedback, and there's no chance that I try resubbing again until I'm sure they've solved the issue.
Getting no feedback whatsoever like this is really annoying, especially as it regards real money, and no matter how much I love this game (and loved the earlier ESO games) I'm getting a bit hesitant as to whether I dare to resub after this.
Oh well, at least I got my money back.
