No way, that dumb unfun outdated game mechanic can stay buried in 2010.
It was the reason I once tried ESO and dumped it after a day.
Also other modern gaming advancements like the stickerbook, duplicate protection, group finder, AWA and many other things are stuff that I can't miss.
I wouldn't play any version of ESO that didn't have the ability to do any of the content in any order. For me that was the main benefit of One Tamriel, prior to which I could only do DLC content on release of that content by interrupting progress in the base game zones which I'd then have out-levelled on returning to them.
That and the wretched trading system was the only problem I had with the game at launch, I never really understood then or now why a lot of people consider the game to have been badly broken back then.

I may be in the minority here, but I enjoyed the more challenging PvE environment back in the early days.
