Well your post was equally well thought-out, so I gave you a short answer: No. I am not threatening or stomping my feet scrteaming, demanding ZOS to add Cyrillic. I am just stating that as long as I am paying customer I am free to voice my concerns. Equally, you are free to do the same.

Yes, you are free to do so. However, Zenimax is also free to stop you from doing that at any moment without notice. That's the difference between a right and a privilige, which was my point.
If you think you have a right to do anything in-game or on the forums, you are in fact either delusional or simply ignorant, and I don't mean that in a deragetory manner, just in a factual one.

I live in Ukraine, which is 100% located in Europe and we use Cyrillic alphabet.
And by saying "Have your own one" are you implying you are willing to provide dedicated server for whole region? How are you going to do that?

Its not only Russian, its a bunch of missing special letters that's available on *all* modern computers. Yes, even 'Murican computers are capable of writing in Russian letters. And it apply in whisper and guilds too.I advise all Russians to do the same - learn English and use it (they live in Europe as well after all and it is an international language).
So you are saying that if a guild is 100% Russian or say 100% Scandinavian, they are not allowed to talk to each other in guild chat in any other language than English?

I advice you to actually learn beyond the limited capabilities you seem to have of other languages and people.
The majority language in europe is german. So by your definition all talk on the EU server should be in german.

There are a lot of ppl who use Cyrillic, but we cant normally communicate ingame, even cant write in guild or wispers. Please, add it, because it is really annoying to alt-tab to skype or other messenger just to type something about game =|

You are operating "what if" term right now. Nobody has banned anyone for usage of different language yet, and I highly doubt it will happen.
Moreso, nobody banned anyone for stating their concerns on customer support forums. If I were to post a hate speach or racist speach I would expecte to be banned, but I am just staying that _NO FULL SUPPORT_ of UTF8 limits different nationalities from using their languages.
And every buiseness should care about their customers, esp. if your buiseness is international gaming service.
CS forums are here to discuss different issues with the game in civilized manner.
My opinion - Yes, support of UTF8 will enhance expirience of different European nationalities. It may increase popularity of this game in several countries or may do nothing at all.
Your opinion - it is not needed because everyone shall speak English anyway.

Chryos✭✭✭✭This isnt really related, but sorta. My problem is trying to invite people using special characters or trying to communicate with them period. How can I type the character AE (the letters are connected for example) I've tried using the alt+0123 combination (or whatever it is) but it doesent seem to work. Is there some language download I need (or need to enable?)
Also what would be some good language translation tools I could download so I could make more of an attempt to talk to those people that speak different languages? Or is this all too new, too soon?If I am going to quote someone, it's going to be me.0
