I will be honest I didn't read the whole thread, but I support the idea. I am an American that doesn't speak any other language, but I feel if the game is going to have only two servers that it should support all languages possible within reason.

It may be implement only in privat/guild chat - I agree.
But, please, add cyrillic (UTF) support in chat! I want to speak with my frien in my native language without transliteration or special addons (that should be install both: me and all my friends)
