    this is unbelievable, the forum mod even gave the person who emailed me this the link to this topic.

    so.. if i sumbit another ticket in game will i have to wait another 5 days for an answer ?
    when the answer will probably be: in order to repair gear, buy a repair kit.

    Ok right after my last reply in this topic, i got contacted again.

    an email saying that they teleported me to stonefalls.
    OK ?

    so i log in and die again from the freezing damage, i rezz and its STILL THE SAME CRAP.

    This is indeed inexcuseable from the CS. This bug is old and everyone there should know by now that teleports, /stuck etc. won't help.

    decided to give it one last shot and call them myself.
    ive been on hold for 45 minutes now.. that Phone call is getting expensive.

    LOL 55 minutes of beeing on hold, than it goes silent for 2 seconds and i hear them picking up and instantly hanging up! WTF

    Have you tried typing /stuck ? it will kill you but take you to the nearest wayshrine.

    If you dropped your subscription OP, it doesn't make much difference in getting your issue resolved by bumping this thread, but hopefully it will be a wakeup call to CS.

    I hope this gets solved for you.

    If it doesn't. Make sure you get a refund for the original purchase. Don't let ZOS keep any of your money. Its their product that is faulty.

    i cant get a refund as i didnt buy it from this website but from gamecards.?? as it was cheaper.

    I'd go back to where I bought it and get a refund from them.

    Of course it would be even better for someone to spend a few minutes of time with you ingame to sort it.

    not really patient, i think ive had my fair share of beeing a *** in this forum and in my latest email responses but i think its justified though.

    i see the other person with the same issue as me finnaly got the help he needed.
    i hope i wont have to wait alot longer anymore.

    I had the bank bug for 8 days i thought that was bad.
    What has happened to you would have drove me mad, I hope someone at ZOS looks at this thread and gets it fixed for you.

    Well, reading through the entire thread and your email exchanges... this sure sounds like support at it's worst... really disappointing.

    I would keep documenting everything you go through here, worst case if you do quit the game for good you can plaster your experience all over the net.

    I love the game, but crap like this shouldn't be happening.
