Maintenance for the week of April 6:

Are you out of your mind? What is the schedule? This is not a regular maintenance, you have continuous bugs in the update, crashes from the game, non-working abilities that require immediate fixing.

Are you suggesting to wait a couple of weeks and look among your characters for those who are lucky enough not to be bugged, instead of fixing the broken?

Is this a way out of the situation? And what if scheduled maintenance was in six months? Would you suggest to wait too?

Any self-respecting company tries to remove all bugs after the release of a new DLS in the first week!
You have your next service on Monday. The fact that you are scheduled to service the new patch on November 16 means that the patch is normal and there are no problems with it.

It looks like it's worth giving up the game for a month or two. The fact that you so quickly fixed the moments with the non-working Crown Store (in the first place) showed everything.
Money is more important than reputation.

Imagine needing 2 more weeks to fix something that's been reported nearly a month ago on PTS :D

Here's the threads, For me live servers feel worse than the PTS did.

Honestly it feels like testing the game and reporting it for a month on the public test server is just pointless.

We take a lot of time to play test and report and give feedback and it is ignored month after month and builds released with the very things we warned about!

We seem to care more about the game than you do!

Can we be given the tools to fix the bugs ourselves?!

IIRC, it took them months to fix Greymoor quests, what do you expect? I cannot fully express what I think about how they handle bugs, because I'd get banned.
I mean, I know that resources are limited, but quality isn't declining anymore, it's hecking plunging.

And yes, say "thanks" to Stadia.

    Seriously, f*** Stadia.

All that Stadia has done is slow things down--we get an extra idle week of PTS with no patch (that obviously doesn't actually help with the quality of the patch that goes live, particularly since no changes can be made in that final week anyway), and the critical fixes that are needed to make the game playable get delayed by Stadia's patch cycle restrictions.

The negative impact that Stadia's patch cycle restrictions affect everyone on PC. All for the four people who actually use Stadia. And for a product that everyone knows Google is going to can in the future anyway (the omission "delay" of Stadia support in the latest Chromecast is all too telling).

    This is beyond infuriating @ZOS_GinaBruno.

Agreed. Not to mention that since the other bugs (like the light attack bug) is seriously gamebreaking, I ran into other bugs that also just made me toss in the towel with buying future content. Trying to get the codex entries for the Ring of the Pale Order is impossible when you're on your second time. We can't even do simple overworld PvE things without encountering even more bugs. Greymoor should've told us all we needed to know based on how long it took them to fix the quests for that game and even then some of them are still bugged. For this lead bug, it took going to twitter just to get it even acknowledged. There's still no acknowledgement on the forum about it either. So it's really beyond infuriating.

I wouldn't doubt that with the patch restrictions from Stadia that it might potentially lead to other issues for console down the road. It might not, but at this point if you're on console? I'd be prepared to play something else until everything's actually fixed.

This is really lame. Updating info today means that probably they have fix ready now (or almost done), but we will wait additional 10 days, because Stadia... and we talking about not about some minor bugs, but really heavy problem with skill morphs which breakes our builds. I don't even mention Reach Boss parody, which makes farming for new motif really "fun"...

This whole Stadia thing is really, really bad, especially now when game have so many problems, ZOS just make a deal for more money with a cost of serious limitation to patching. Yeah, that's really smart move...

As customer and eso+ subscriber I'm really dissapointed...

People the solution is easy. If you don't like bugged combat with delayed skills and light attacks just cancel eso+ and stop playing until they fix it.

As long as you keep playing and throwing money at them nothing will change.

I for my part installed GW2 and play that until combat works again. Come on I am sure you also have other games or things to do?

So,if I understand correctly, they have a fix for a game breaking bug, but they won't implement it for another 10 days because.......reasons I guess.
How stupid does this company think we are??

I've cancelled my sub, I didn't purchase the DLC (I usually do even with the sub), I seriously doubt that I'll buy the big crown pack during sale as I usually do. I'm only here for the story and the guild I'm in at this point. And ZOS have one(!) dungeon DLC to redeem themselves, otherwise next year's will be the first chapter I skip. That is, if I will be playing at all at this point.

I love this game, but I'm used to getting paid for finding a bug, not pay, lol.

Because people and their time are a limited resource no matter how much you pay.
Though I must agree that if they reduced the scope (by reusing assets in their year-long theme) they must be losing people faster than we are losing patience, because just last year game wasn't so hopelessly broken. Maybe employees are leaving because of that Microsoft deal? Or they just have a lot of really bad coders. Then I wouldn't expect it getting better anytime soon.

We can only speculate, given that there's quite a few engineering/programming positions open in their careers section. Including Lead, Senior, and regular Server Engineers. Same with Lead Gameplay Engineers. Whether or not it's for ESO, we don't know, but it's something that I do find rather ironic considering the whole "Look at this amazing performance! We've totally tested it!", and then it ends up like this.

Minimum 10 days. If they have to take 4 runs at any of them to get them right you are talking 2 months, and we can only hope that the fixes don't break things even more. The people calling the shots for this game are making poor business decisions that the title of this franchise can only carry so far.
