Are anyone else's loading screens LONGER than they were pre-update?

I have no way of comparing it, but it sure seems like loading screens are taking [a decent amount] longer than they used to.

My game is on an SSD so my loading times aren't excessive, but yes they have been noticeably longer since update 25.

Pretty long for me. Been doing events, Murkmire was always a bit slow but it seems worse for me.

Sometimes they seem longer for me, but I'm honestly chalking a lot of that up to the event as well. When there are loads of people in Murkmire, it takes a while to load in, especially during popular times. Other places tend to be around what they were before - sometimes it's slow, usually it's pretty quick. No real changes there.

it is really weird - what i have now that i never had before are regular crashes, lag spikes, skill delays and microstutter

regarding loading screens - really weird - but they seem ALL over the place...sometimes they seem way longer and othertimes shorter...

the patch certainly didnt help with stability

Loading screens 100% fixed for me!

Instead I crash straight to desktop every 30minutes.

I haven't played much around to have a 100% clear picture about everything, but loading times was the ONE thing that made me have no mood to log into the game, I know it sounds hyperbolic.. but I simply detest loading times and this game has plenty, my last hope was this update, and it truly saddens me to see that the loading times are even longer.

This is not a "I QUIT" post, will continue playing, especially with the new expansion, but damn it, it's really disappointing.

Yes I have noticed loading screens after yesterday have been getting longer. Right after the update things were really good, but day on day it seems to be degrading.....

It is weird actually, sometimes it takes ages to load and yet again in same area sometimes load almost instantly (Auridon zone).

thing second is rise ping 150+ on everything no matter what i do => and only in ESO .. : (
Normal ping for me was 120 .. now can't have a clean play like every player uses sorc blink forward : (

Since all the issues I have seen for years are PC-EU

Any loading screens are the work of the shirking hamster, so will and do vary in time...

At least I have not seen 'waiting on previous request' around or during them (yet)

At least in Pvp, my game and areas seem to be loading up way faster, except for when porting to a keep in Cyrodill that's under attack by a zerg (which is understandable), so it is a welcome change.

The unwelcome change is crashes every 5-10 minutes. I wish I only crashed every 30... 🙄

Hopefully ZOS can patch things up soon. I've played the game a few years and never - not even once had I crashed to desktop until this recent update.

My loading times are not longer, it was pretty oke even prior to patch since the game runs on SSD, but I have this what Nemesis wrote, and no, I don't play on potato, my computer is overkill for eso, but still have above issues.

Edit:
Since it is event active I play in Murkmire, this could be due to server load, but still, this is mmo, so other players are expected, really disappointed in latest patch.

No. But also yes. Let me explain.

On the whole the loading times for me is noticeable shorter than before. "Requesting character load" is longer than it used to be, bumped up from maybe 4 seconda to about 10, but since overall loading, both loading screens but also load of assets when you arrive, is down for me, it's a net win. Occasionally I'll get a loading screen that's about the same length as they used to be, but then it's a heavilt populated area in primetime, and since assets still load nigh instantly upon appearing in zone it's still a net win as I could sometimes have to wait up to 40-60 seconds before being able to interact with anything.

Can't nail it down, but for me loading screens felt shorter directly after the patch (spare initial loading screen after patch installation), but now, a few days later, it seems they're as long as before the patch. But maybe I'm just used to it very fast
