High damage tanks? Yeah, that's an issue.Nord_Raseri wrote: »If your group can't kill someone face-tanking, it's L2P. If you're trying to 1v1 a face-tank, L2P. If they're not face-tanking, they're not tanking, they're playing ring-around-the-rosie with you...Change my mind
a PUG group of 6-10 people unable to kill a pair, or group of 3, tank-healers is a problem.
the face-tanking heavy armor wearing veteran able to burst crazy damage thanks to unique gear and specific combo is another problem.
together, they are the "tank meta" problem.............................................
honestly i dont think the tank meta problem is with individual player. it's a small organized unkillable ball of death that's a problem.
I do not think the problem is heavy armor, the problem and yesterday we were a group of around 10 in ic and the player that was harassing us healed all the damage we were doing with i guess a combination of health recovery a lot of it and healings, he was a warden, i think that heavy armor just offers mitigation and is not the real problem here.
In my opinion of how the game should work 10, with many above 500 cp, should be able to kill a single player no matter what and i think that a lot of people is missing the point and saying the problem is heavy armor when it is not.

If 10 people can't kill 1 guy, that's on those 10, not the guy surviving.
