2. No add-ons don't make sense either. Add-ons don't do anything for your rotation; they aren't macros. Do they make learning your rotation easier? Sure, but they don't make the rotation easier itself.
3. A 3m dummy shows literally nothing about DPS. There's a reason why 21m dummies are the "gold standard".
You have an agenda, and I doubt that when I do release this video people like you would be convinced. You'd probably just say "oh, he's just mimicking what going on screen" or "oh, these were recorded separately".

Well we raid together so do you accuse me on using macro engine and its not even a good parse like :shrug:Don't forget you get a lot extra damage from vma staff. If you don't have a vma staff on a magicka build you will never get to 20k la dps just a little hint. And if you do less dmg check it you really hit all light attacks, it should be (sum of all lightattacks) / fightime = 0.85-0.95 if it's any lower you are missing some
vMA staff is probably part of the phenomenon. The higher your LA damage, the higher it pumps it further.
Anyway even with vMA staff, going above 10k LAs DPS pertains to the esoteric.

I saw personally with my own eyes how people do those parses and this is mere mortals from progression guilds, not an youtubers or godslayers.
Also I heard personally from many people that they used, use and will use all kind of assisting software in any "competitive" game because why not. But they never provided any proof.
Also I have razer keyboard and mouse with in-built macro software and I have serious doubts ESO can intercept internal windows data exchange and analyze it, when ESO have problems with group finder and guild traders weekly. And now I will admit - sometimes I use that razer software to optimize rotations on PTS, to see what timings game will "eat" between different abilities/animation cancels and so on. And though program is theoretically faster and capable of precise timings, slightest lag immediately messes up that precise rotation, so I'll never have a slightest thought to put it into real content with all its lag spikes, necessity to adjust rotation speed on the go and quick target switching.
So all this is about skill and gear (and lag). I guess you can macro some particular predictable encounter if you have stable ping... but efforts to do this and to correctly use it will require no less skill then doing it manually. So even if somebody uses macro, it still requires skill.1 -

Its about the relative Impact of Gear and CP on DPS.
1. Do your regular parse with CP
2. Do your regular parse without CP.
3. Do your regular parse in white quality, no set gear with CP.
4. Do your regular parse in white quality, no set gear without CP.
It doesn't matter whether you normally pull 7k DPS, 30k DPS, or 50k DPS. You can still do the tests and help collect data.
