WTH did they do to all DoT abilities, PvE dps is basically down by more than 50%, is that a joke?

✭✭✭✭✭I found last night on PTS that my dps was flat wether or not I slotted and used dots. On both my stam and mag toons the meager dps output of the dot skills was negated by time needed to cast them with gcd on either side.

If you knew what you were looking at you'd know why that's not a solo parse and isn't feasible without someone literally buff stacking you and losing dps that way WITHOUT the star being bugged, HOWEVER; that's still probably not even possible anyways on live WITH buff stacking.

Since Mirkmire though they've been trying to kill their population of players.
