WTH did they do to all DoT abilities, PvE dps is basically down by more than 50%, is that a joke?

@luizpaulom17 That's just a bug where a certain defensive CP star is boosting damage done.

I found last night on PTS that my dps was flat wether or not I slotted and used dots. On both my stam and mag toons the meager dps output of the dot skills was negated by time needed to cast them with gcd on either side.

That’s just sad.

If you knew what you were looking at you'd know why that's not a solo parse and isn't feasible without someone literally buff stacking you and losing dps that way WITHOUT the star being bugged, HOWEVER; that's still probably not even possible anyways on live WITH buff stacking.

To answer OP, it appears that Zos is trying for more of kinder, gentler kind of vibe. One where nothing really gets hurt except for one's feelings every once in a while. Here's a sneak peak of Cryodiil next patch..

Lol with 35k at vSS any average guild (not good, even average!) will kick you out. Sometimes I die and so I only do 45k and then I feel ashamed!

Well I just decided to come back to ESO after months of quitting, seems like I'll be leaving again. Shame I was actually starting to get hooked again.

Since Mirkmire though they've been trying to kill their population of players.
Sure like Morrowind was "bad" but a necessary evil it was.

For the last year though, it's idiotic without a sense of direction.
Q4 literally reverted Q3 changes.
Q4 feels like Q4 2018 all over again.
