1. You find it randomly
2. You are send in random nowhere to the edge of the world
3. There are zero quest markers and lack of any sane explanation what to do
4. Somehow everyone from who I know managed to complete it, while being stupid 10 y.o kids
5. Reward surpasses all your expectations..

His role and appearance fullfilled our expectations from TES III.
