How long would it take you to make 1 million gold

I haven't farmed gold for along time, I once got up to 300million and kinda stopped. Im now down to about 75 mil so will have to start again in a year or so.
Any connection between your reality and mine is purely coincidental.

Depends. 2 max 3 days as normal player, 1 day if I would want to. 5-7m per week is easy if u really want to,qithout exploiting. Tho u might need a startup budget. 😜

Get Stuff like this (but not this stuff)

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They can only bla-bla and waste gold on feeding their ego. I am disappointed."

I make approx 100k a day selling stuff in guildstores (but you must substract material costs).

When the elsweyr gazebos were sold, I quickly needed money, so started to sell my reserves like goldplatings. So i made the required million in 1 day, but of course it took weeks before to actually gain those reserves.

Last night I spent all money on new elsweyr shrines, but then saw a blueprint I was looking for since a long time. No money left for it, I was really afraid someone else would buy it!

So spent 30-60 minutes in the public dungeon in Malabal tor to get the required 10k I still needed.

So even if you can get a million in 1 day, it still can become a challenge to gain just 10k if the circumstances are bad (like 2 am, no customers around).

Approx 5 Hours. That is from farming, then selling mats on Guild store. My items are sold so fast and I sell them at the going rate generally. The farming gets boring after a while and I have to ask myself what I am even farming for. I am not going to sell the gold for real money and there is nothing further I really want to purchase. Although I sometimes try theory craft weird builds that don't usually work out. Have wasted a few million on that recently.

I was thinking next few millions can be for a couple more 60 slot storage boxes and some crown crates.

Sadly its not possible to gift skill lines otherwise I would farm gold and use that to build up another toon.

If I really wanted to grind places like Craglorn, I could make a million in a few days (3-5). But since I decided I'm not going to work as hard at the game as I do at my actual job, it takes about a month.

There is no way you're farming 200k per hour. That wasn't even possible a few years ago when market prices were 2-3x higher than what they are now.

With the current garbage prices on mats, you're looking at around 50k per hour.

To make 200k, you'd need to be farming the equivalent of 7,000 rubedite ore per hour (or 1,000+ of every mat type). Unless you're botting, you're not hitting anywhere close to that kind of volume.

I remember the days when getting a fortified nirncrux was a decent boost to your farming haul (you could sell them for 4k+). Now they're not even worth 400g. Potent has held onto some of its value, but it's still pathetic when you consider they would sell for 20k+ just two years ago. Bots have ruined the prices on everything.

I'm among the best Farmers I know, and I'm close to 1350-1400 raw mats, plus alchemy and runes to match, and this is knowing my route over literally years of daily runs, with farming gear, speed capped toon. I don't believe anyone that says they go -much- over that at all.

I'm with you on this one. Gone are the days of 100-120k per hour. A good hour today gets you maybe 70k. 200k runs were never a thing, at least on PC.

I farm telvar killing IC bosses solo preferably but sometimes with 1 other. So thats 14.5k telvar per boss kill 72.5k telvar per 25 mins or so in optimal conditions which are rarely there. So that would be 145k per hour and 1 telvar is roughly 3 gold when converted and sold as alchemy mats. So thats closer to 400k in 1 hour in optimal conditions which again, are rarely there.

So add extra time since optimal conditions are not there, team mates added to push away the enemy and take flags and kill bosses with you. So then you have closer to 75k telvar per hour. So around 225k gold per hour, but lets say 200k. In less then optimal conditions.

As for farming random mats in the wild, I will never do that.

About an hour depending on RNG.

Run VCoS, takes about 15-16 minutes. If the style page drops its about 700-800k right now. An hour is a best case scenario where the page drops and it sells right away in every run that could be fit into that time frame.

DLC dungeon style pages are where the money's at. All those pvp scrubs who can't do a dungeon to save their lives are throwing gold at these things so they can wear one set while pretending it's another to fake people out.

Just by simply doing my daily craft sells, I probably get over a million in a week.

If I was in a hurry to get gold fast, I'd probably just farm the fresh DLC motifs, and sell those... one to two day's work depending on sales.

You'd have to define "normal gameplay", because doing stuff like dungeons/trials won't make you anywhere near that amount (if anything, you might even lose money due to potion cost).

I have no idea. I usually make about 500K a week, but I already have all the motifs, not into housing, so just play for fun an hour or so a day. Not much really to spend it on.

I do know even at the el cheapo prices flippers offer in zone chat I have an easy $15-25M+ in mats in inventory.

    Hello, woke up!!!
Most (if not all) of the "1 day" guys didnt even (ever) had 1 mil :D

There are a LOT of people who play the trader market as one of the main points of the game. Search traders throughout the game, buying things that were unwittingly listed for cheap then turning around and listing them in their own guild for much more to make a profit.

Others are already set up in a major guild trader with hot items like crafting mats, sought after armor and weapons, crafting motifs, potions etc. They can make tens of thousands in a day because of how much of that stuff moves. I remember back when Summerset released and I had collected a handful of Pearls from the Geysers that I wasn't going to use. Gave them to someone who listed them in their trading guild. Couple days later I had, like, 35,000g sent to me.
