It is much easier if you already have some. That's why once you have it you should never let it completely run out.

Experienced gold makers can get it in less than a week.

If I took a week off work and didn't do anything but play ESO I could probably make a mil in a week.

At the rate I've been playing lately, it would probably take about a month. Maybe 3 weeks if I got lucky.

I started a new toon recently and I hate grinding...so I just did it all in three sessions over about 8-10 hours of gameplay. I didn't send him any money (because you dont need it until level cap), and just from murdering masses of mobs (zombies mostly) and looting/selling, by the time I got to lvl50 I had 80k. So a million gold JUST from looting would be a long haul.

As for trading: I've turned around 150k or so into 200-300k in a weeks time with little effort (beyond just keeping up with sales, making sure slots are full, and buying low priced crap that people put up for sale in the guild stores 'out yonder').

Selling dungeon/overland loot isn't really all that great, a waste of a sales slot imo.

Selling gear from the weekly PVP vendor can be alright...it's kinda still not much though for the AP cost.

ESO is one of those games where if you just play the game, you'll have money eventually.

If you are fully leveled up and maxed out in all craft lines, you can easily make a million inside a week, even with only one character. You go farm like mad, refine and sell in a guild store - it is not hard, just time consuming. If you have 8 characters all leveled up you can make a million a month just from doing daily writs and selling everything you get.

I had 6.5 mil on Jan 24 and 8.5 mil when Homestead dropped on Feb 21. I have since spent 5 mil on housing and am already back to having 5 mil in gold.

A min? I just bought the Ebony motif book for 800k, so someone is instantly rich. Selling master writs that has 100+ vouchers gets you rich instantly as well.

after homestead was released , i brought forsaken stronghold and was left with only 100k , now i have around 4mil gold and over 30-40 motifs ready to sell , just selling few every week to meet minimum sales in trade guilds

Been playing launch and the most I ever had was 500k and the only expensive purchase I ever made was my house which took me down to 100k. No idea how these people make a million in days.

Depends on my character, if it's a brand new account maybe a month, if it's my current character a week.

If I would be only concerned about earning gold. I simply play, do some dungs, make some quests, kill some bosses, most of the time run in Cyrodiil or IC in general I do what I like to do without hard trying and I make like 150-200 gold a week. If Id lvled up craft on all of my toons, gone zerker mode on dolmen/boss farming or mats refining, reselling and sucha it would be super easy, but I have enough gold to try out my new builds ideas without it while doing what I like, so why the hell I should try to earn gold when it comes to me by it self?
