7K Necro Bash... Is this for real?

    Only 7K damage? This skill regularly hits me for 10K which is harder than Dawnbreaker hits me and it is a spammable, unlike Dawnbreaker. Even worse, you never see it coming most of the time. You can go from full health to dead in an instant and there is nothing you can do. If you see it coming, it’s already too late to do anything about it.

    It’s an understatement to say this skill unbalanced compared to everything else. The ultimate should offer the 30K health or a one time AOE like Dawnbreaker. It should definitely not be what is today - something better than Barrier while also providing a spammable 10K skill. Yet just like with every other broken mechanic in this game, ZOS does not care. How many patches have we had since the OP? How many more will we have?

    Yes, but Impale is an execute and you have to be almost dead for it to do good damage and it isn't nearly so fast. There just isn't any comparison between that bash cheese and impale. That's like comparing a fire cracker to a rocket.

    Yeah 6, 7k is actually on the law end. That's what it does to defensive characters. On Average characters - even if they are decked out all in heavy - it can hit for 9, 10k easily.

    Those who are defending this ultimate likely haven't crossed paths with a necromancer group that abuses the skill yet. I saw a group using this nonsense to obliterate entire armies concentrated around rams in Cyrodil the other day. It was like a mobile nuclear bomb.

    Wow. So pve doesn’t exist huh? S&b need to be buffed. Full strength enchants passive on s&b is needed for tanks to make up for the enchant nerf we just got due to pvp whiners. 90% of this game is being held hostage by pvpers now that the combat lead only cares about pvp.

    Have not been to PvP land recently, is it all just Necro's bashing each other now? Race to see who can get their ultimate up first? Sounds kind of fun for a few hours maybe. I would certainly want to run Decisive traits on my weapons for that 40% chance of outlasting my opponent! Then...hmmmm...guess I'll go do something else.

    Yes, that's basically what it's devolved into and will only get worse the longer that ZoS turns a blind eye to it. While it's cool to see organized ball zergs implode from one player spamming bash it does get very old after awhile no matter if the basher is on your side or the enemy's.

    The buff from shuffle and blade cloak (major evasion) counters the Necro bash quite well, also I start blocking immediately if I start seeing someone spam the bash so there are ways to get around this. The ability will probably get nerfed in the future though.

    Hmmmm and what do you think will happen when ballgroups find out about that *** ? ^^ a little bit of coordination and a ballgroup can have one of those ults up all the time, enjoy


    bone Coloss in a nutshell, it is to tanky for the dmg it dishes out, the healing of that ult is not reduced by battlespirit, and you can still cast kils why you are in that form, so you can maintain, you snare immunety, you gap closers and you execute (not that you need it)

    I bet instead of fixing this ult zos will remove the bash passive from S&B and nerfing pve tanks once again.
