    26 mins in queue.
At 20mins I get a 'Failed to join' message - and the log-in screen then just freezes on a photo of the dragon with no actual log-in.
    Restart the game.
    21mins queue.
At 19 mins 'Failed to join' message again.
    Restart the game.
    21 mins queue.
At 18mins 'Failed to join' message and no log-in screen....

Really enjoyable experience - keep up the good work! :/

Awful service in paid for, subscription game.

ZOS breach EU 'fit for purpose' laws here, there's no doubt about this, as you can't access a paid for service. I've just raised a ticket to cancel my sub.

    29 minute queue now.

    That is not acceptable.

Go fix the real problem! It's ashame you're having people (some of whom even pay monthly subscription fees) wait in a queue for half an hour until they can use the product they paid for. Shouldn't be that difficult to get some extra server capacity. Maybe you should grant your devs and sysops some time to spend on quality and not just pumping out new feature. *heavy breathing*

Since summerset I have had to wait logging in. It varies from 10min to mostly half an hour and sometimes 45min

What does putting a timer in help? Does it make it better?

Top alts: Genius(stamina/sagicka Dragonknight) The Force(stamina Nightblade) and other chars.
PC NA main: The Magic - AD magicka Sorcerer

20 minutes of waiting time each log in to a game I paid a total of over 1000,- € for, up until now?
    Unacceptable.

And please, don't tell us it's because of increased player numbers. :D
I really think you stripped down the server capacities in the beginning of 2019.
Or maybe after five rented years? >:)

Subscription cancelled (I have not been able to log in for hours now). I will now try every day as f2p and if there are no queues any more for a couple of days, I will re-sub. But maybe cancelling my sub sends a very tiny message to Zenimax.

I have to say, ZOS cancelled and refunded my sub & Elswyr within 30 mins of me raising a ticket on this matter. I think they are very aware that they need to respond appropriately to this issue.

You make a lot of effort bringing new players to the game, but you have not taken care of the server capacity. and now players, including those who pay for the game, cannot log in.
    it's called greed.

I can wait even 20 minutes, but now it takes hours. the queue just stops working - the time count stops and nothing happens. this is realy unacceptable.

so i get the need to queue even as a paying eso+ member but ZOS you are really taking the ~~~~ when you give me a broken Queue system that stops counting down and kicks me for inactivity, do you want us to stay as paying members or do you just care one way or the other?

Yes, this is definitely NOT a game to pre-purchase anything, or buy long-terms subs, it just goes from bad to worse and you need to be able to get out of the game quickly if the need arises.

I think it's sad really, I've supported ESO since beta, but this year has been bloody awful on the EU server, worse experience than a F2P game.

I don't think that the minor discount when subscribing for more than a month is enough "payment for the amount of unjustified trust". On the other hand having the craft bag makes playing ESO a lot more enjoyable. So when I want to play, I buy a 1 month sub and cancel it immediately.

Sadly the remainder of this month's sub will entirely consist of logging in at off times, getting/spending event tickets and visiting the stable to increase my riding skills. On the other hand this leaves a lot of time to play something else.

I've gone nearly full time to BDO now. It's refreshingly different to find a game that seems to be managed in a slick way (first impressions anyway).

This is ridiculous and i'm quite annoyed that i've paid for eso+ and have to deal with this ***. waiting 18 minutes to get in is crazy as it is, but getting disconnected from the server and having to wait another 18 is just infuriating.

I would say 'touche', but I was very careful to say 'managed', not works/performs. The management of ESO has been poor since release (and likely well before this), and it's that ongoing weak management that we are seeing the effects of in 2019.

Recently, we’ve seen a massive influx of players to ESO especially on the PC-EU server. This influx of players has resulted in some server performance issues for our players on the PC-EU megaserver, especially during prime-time hours.
I love this. This is marketing at it's finest. Try to turn a negative into a positive. The servers suck. That's the negative. So let's spin this into 'the game is so extremely popular our server infrastructure cannot handle the load'. Who cares what the reason is. The infrastructure has been sub-par for months. I couldn't care less abut what excuse you come up with, I'm not getting the service I paid for.

I'm actually looking at ways to challenge the subscription fee I paid for with Mastercard and I suggest everyone to do the same.

It's a bummer when I come home from the evening shift and have 1 hour to relax with gaming...and then the queueing takes almost half of the available time.

This state of affairs can continue only for so long.

I can imagine the protests and cries of a conspiracy and underhand subscription marketing...but I do think ESO+ accounts should be prioritised for the time being.

Do it. ZoS refunded me for Elswyr and my yearly sub very quickly last night. They know they have to make recompense here, at least they were professional about the refunds. Shame it’s come to that as a player since beta.

Total capacity management fail, dread to think what when Elswyr drops and the entire world is trying to level Necromancers.

I am staring at a 17 minute queue time for the second day in a row and this is only for the mega low drop rate Lyris style pages.
