still looking for support

After going thru the forums today, i realised that many people are getting this error message. But i already have a subscription active and recurring. Its been nearly 3 days now and i still have no news from customer support or any rep around here. Very disappointed.

I had a similar situation last week.

It appears that a few things you said in zone chat were flagged by our system and a suspension was issued. After reviewing your chat logs, it appears the only thing you mentioned about gold selling/farming was that you were frustrated with them, which is completely understandable.

Since nothing in the chat logs indicate that you are a gold seller, the suspension has been lifted and you should be able to log in without any issues. I sincerely apologize for the time it has taken to resolve this issue. I have submitted this ticket as feedback to ensure that this does not happen again. While we work on the gold spammer filter, I would suggest avoiding the mentioning of gold spamming/selling in zone chat.

I just got the same message. Why would my account be banned? Is falling asleep on the couch with the game running on the laptop reason enough?

Just happened to me aswell... got kicked in pvp and can't login

Just to update, support contacted me and apparently said i was suspended for 72 hours for killing a public boss over and over again. They should have at least mailed me a notice regarding the cause. Either way it sucks.

And to make matters worst, now that my account is restored, my character is now locked. I cant log in. This has been an utter waste of time

Do they state someplace that you are not allowed to farm bosses? How about some warning if you are going to ban people for doing something or at least tell them what they are and are not allowed to do.

Just fix it so you only get the loot of the boss when you don't have the badge for killing it instead of banning players for playing the game the way you made it.

You're not allowed to farm public bosses???

If you're higher level and farming a public area boss repeatedly keeping others from enjoying the game due to your behavior that would violate the code of conduct.

Might I suggest you not farm that boss for an extended period of time due to it ruining other players fun to have a high level play constantly kill a boss another player needs that is at or near level. If you want to farm the boss for items/materials only kill him a couple times then come back later and do it again rinse and repeat. That way you do not infringe on other players enjoyment of the game.

You're right it is but it is common practice to not farm boss mobs in community areas that are having heavy traffic at the time so you do not infringe on numerous players enjoyment of the game.
