Your login information was incorrect (Not subscription related) + Now character locked

I was in a dungeon in the alik'r area when this happened. Before this happened, everyone in the area was booted multiple times but we just came back on. After the next boot, we finally got locked out of our account. I can log in into the website just fine and even changed my password twice.
