    Just posting to say we are still here and still waiting for a reply or some sort of acknowledgement of existence from ZOS.

    Well I'm in the same boat as everyone else here.

    Pre-ordered from Amazon and my physical copy won't show up until the 8th.

    I have ALREADY been billed for buying the game (including the 30 "free" days) so why the heck can't you simply allow all those with early access codes to start chewing into our 30 days? Then just allow us until the 30 days runs out to input our billing information. Problem solved.

    Yes, my husband is currently in the midst of trying to talk to support about the explorer's pack (never had the explorer's pack code due to physical edition order), but the early access is on there showing he pre-ordered, like I'm sure everyone elses's Amazon order.

    Zenimax support has currently told my husband that the Explorer's Code is found on his Amazon account, with his digital purchase (Amazon comp'd him the digital Imperial while waiting on the physical CE). Yeah..no. Please read the ticket better! This was comp'd after release, obviously..or it wouldn't have been comp'd, so it's not a preorder status with an Explorer's Pack key!

    So, good luck getting support to do that promptly and understand what you're talking about.

    Yet another customer comped a temporary code from amazon...although I'm happy for you, when I tried to get them to do this for me I was literally told off and practically hung up on by an amazon supervisor.

    The 30 days actually doesn't start until you register the retail key that comes in the box, so you're safe there, as you won't lose any time. Unfortunately, this is also why they can't just allow us to start 'chewing' into our 30 days. It's tied to the key in the box.

    The pre-order key also doesn't work, as all it does is unlock specific bonuses. As a developer, you never want to use a pre-order key to start the 30 day clock ticking, as it's far too easy to obtain the keys, then cancel the order. The gold spammers would abuse the absolute hell out of that flaw as well.

    The solution to the dilemma has been suggested numerous times to them since they first announced the 48 farce, er, I mean 'grace period' back in February. Extend it to a reasonable date, such as the 8th or 9th, during the week, rather than on a Sunday when no one will be getting deliveries.

    They could do it easily. They just don't give a crap and won't. They're gone for the weekend, and couldn't care less about this situation at present.

    I hope you got his name. I would be talking to someone about his behavior, regardless how harried they are over this mess.

    Took about 4 hours of chat and phone support with Amazon to get it, just be persistent.

    Don't call it a temp code is the only suggestion I can offer.

    Our physical order status is in complete limbo (no date). I demanded a digital version as compensation while waiting, and would not accept the $25-30 credit instead, and persistence won out. Not being told we were probably never receiving the copy until way too late to get a "pre-order" status elsewhere had me pissed enough to hassle Amazon enough for anything, and explain why it was necessary. Just hoping to get the Explorer's Pack code from Zenimax now.

    I'm still keeping an eye out locally for physical copies, as again, I've no faith Amazon will ever get me it, but we'll see.

    I just want to add to the chorus that I think the next option would be to extend the grace period to Tuesday. Especially since they had previously announced a grace period before saying the were extending early access.

    @Phyrdrin‌ of course!! I think it's important for ZOS to realize that this issue doesn't just affect the people that aren't getting their games delivered. This affects so many more people than that.

    I apologize about the misunderstanding , what Amazon is doing is starting the 30 day period when you receive your game. So rest assure friend that will you get your full value which is what they meant by "make good deal ".

    Also: a query. How the duece does Amazon think they are in any control of when your 30 day sub to ESO starts? I mean, Amazon isn't collecting the sub $$, am I right?

    It has come to our attention that many of you are experiencing delays in receiving your physical copies of The Elder Scrolls Online. We are deeply sorry for this issue. (note: this expresses remorse and compassion for what folks are dealing with)

    While we can not hasten delivery of your product to you (note: places blame elsewhere here without actually blaming any company), we want to show goodwill and appreciation for those that pre-ordered physical editions of the game, and to the community as a whole. (note: this makes them sound like they are awesome, and fighting the good fight for the little guy).

    In order to alleviate these problems, we are extending the early access cut off until Tuesday (insert some bull**** time that is way off what I deal with as time on the West Coast here. I suggest noon, EDT, as that gives pretty much the entire world enough time to sort stuff out). This should solve game access issues for many, if not most, of those effected.

    In the event that this does not solve your issue, please contact (insert some dedicated service reps that have some authority to make a decision here). We will do our best from this end to rectify the situation.

    We want to express thanks to the fans of Elder Scrolls and the community as a whole for helping to make this version possible. We could not have done it without you.

    So Zenimax, is Amazon still one of your trusted sites. While you can point your finger at them, It was your website that lead me to them. Well I stayed up all night to play what will probably be the last of a game that I have wanted to see since Morrowwind came out. I would have bought every piece of crap you were willing to sell TES related a few days ago. Not now.

    @OFC_it‌ Right? When my husband wanted to but the CE version and found it on Amazon I said "Let's check the Bethesda site. It will probably be the same price, but at least we would know that every cent of the profits were going to the company that is making the game."

    They weren't selling the Collector's Edition on their site, though, so we linked from there to Amazon. And.....this is what happens.

    Note to all would be MMO builders!: build that CE IN FREAKING HOUSE. Don't farm the ordering off on other sites. It may make your limited edition more limited, but us nerds like our SUPER LIMITED EDITION nerd ***. I have a place in my house (and frames in attendance) for our what I hope will be soon delivered map of Tamriel. Fans like this do not happen overnight.

    My physical copy of the standard edition of ESO was delivered somewhere on Friday, but not to me. I got in touch with Amazon on Saturday about the misdelivered copy and a new one is on its way. Unfortunately it won't arrive until tomorrow, Monday, April 7th. It would've been nice to for Zenimax/Bethesda to have extended the Early Access grace period even one more day. I'd be happy to submit a screen shot of my Amazon orders showing both the misdelivered pre-order and the replacement order set to arrive on Monday.
