Main Story Quest "Messages across Tamriel" Bugged!

Anyone figured out how to complete this?
The NPC does not re-appear after his initial appearance at you when you get the quest, and the next step is to talk to him.
Its a main story quest so i can not abandon it to re-accept, and relogging doesnt help.
Anyone?
Im level 50 now and NEED to do this to start on veteran content!

NPC doesn't spawn properly, and there is no indication on the map of where he is (or should be).
The objective said, find him at the capital city... got there, found the guy, he is there but it's impossible to interact with him for me.
Because it's the main storyline, the quest can't be reset.We have contacted our Customer support team to help you solve your issue.1 -

@ ccndr the support said to me they know about it, but they dont have a fix for.
The best of that was they said i should go to cyrodil or play another charakter...1 -

i think the quest will be buggy for 1-2 weeks :wtf: , because not much people are in the level range, so bigger the cry so faster they work0

Not that show objective point to Sirk zone, which is where the npc is supposed to take you.

lianSoul Shrivenmy VR1 since 1 day and i cant contuine playing VR content too. I cant talk with the NPC and complete the mainstory. Its sad and frustrating, because i wont play pvp to reach VR2.
