Main Story Quest "Messages across Tamriel" Bugged!

Having the same problem as most of you.

Im in Ebonhold and standing right next to Vanus Galerion but i cant talk to him in any way.

Got in contact through the help feature a day ago and still no reply so alas i'm sitting here waiting for him to be fixed like everyone else.

Just made a post on this and have had 0 responses in 48hours. lets post it here.

I am going on 48hours where my quest is bugged and I have had no response to this whatsoever. Many other players are having the exact same issue and have had no response.

I am on the lvl 50 Main story quest: God of Schemes
I have already defeated Molag Bal
I have already retrieved my Soul
I have been teleported back to the Harborage
During their role play Sai & Lyris became stuck and I am unable to complete the quest.

I have tried everything to get it to debug and am unable to abandon it to retry it again.

I need this to be progressed so I can at least get into Veteran Content.

The NUMEROUS bugs aside, if this is the level of service we can expect you will not be getting my subscription. #CustomerSupportorgtfo

I have the same bug. I have submitted numerous tickets but only received standard answers irrelevant to this problem (to drop quest indicating that person responding didnt even read the ticket and advising me how to become unstuck in the world) . I too cannot progress with the veteran ranks and waiting for this fix. I am VR1.

3t Day with nothing now. Usless copy past answers and thats it. Funny thing, thats the worst support i ever get!! and i play mmos since DAOC ^^

Same in Aldmeri Dominion. Vanus stands in Elden Root and doesn't talk with me. I've done everything in AD and have nothing to do there

Same bug here, i think the mainquest bug is now the biggest bug after they finished the rollback bug

Its really bad, sending in game help is also very poor, WoW had GM so you could normally sort a problem out within 2 hours max, they don't even get back to you. BAD.
You want my money, I simple want a game to work! Fair?

I'm having the same problem except for me, Vanus is standing in Wayrest close by to the wayshrine there with a quest icon above his head and I am unable to interact with him at all. He just stands there.

ZOS give us some answers for this please.

Quest is still bugged. He stays in Elden Root and doesn't talk. And he also doesn't spawn in the mages guild in Skywatch.

I prompt everyone who has this problem and isn't received any helpful customer service response or any feedback to cancel their subscription and only renew it once this has been fixed. I am doing this right now. Maybe saying something with our wallets will get their asses in gear.

do you guys expect anything else form ZOS? There have been quests that have been bugged for MONTHS and have yet to be fixed. There is nothing down the pipeline either... these little patches they are applying are being written at this moment. You can expect to wait another week or 2 for this to be fixed.

Totally agree. Canceled subscription as well. Why promote Craglorn, veteran rank 10, when content right now for a level 43 quest that leads to Vet rank 1 does not work. Zenimax priorities suck.
