SO i contacted support with a massage about not being able to find Vanus Galarion if you miss hes projection and i got back
"I understand you are experiencing an issue with a portion of the Harborage quest line in which the Prophet is not appearing or is not able to be interacted with by the player."
They dont seem to know we are talking about Vanus not varen.. so they seem to think we are having some problem with Varen Aqualarious ( the prophet ). . .
Cant see they fixing this anytime soon, anyways i replyed back tellling them how wrong they were and i will see if we get a new answer later today/tomorrow but i wont hold my breath.

Totally agree. Canceled subscription as well. Why promote Craglorn, veteran rank 10, when content right now for a level 43 quest that leads to Vet rank 1 does not work. Zenimax priorities suck.

No ETA on fix yet. Next maint window is Tuesday. It does not impact all players.

I am very sorry you are having trouble with the quest Messages across Tamriel. We are aware of this issue.
You may wish to try abandoning the quest and reaccepting it, as well as logging off and back on.
If you cannot abandon the quest, it is likely considered a main story quest. We are currently working to fix this issue. In the meantime, you can progress to the next chapter of the storyline by moving ahead to the next area.
It is our hope that you will be able to return and complete the affected quest shortly.

Are they realy this stupid?....this is the 5th time i answer to them in the same mail/ticket and this is what they come with after 4 days....
This is nuts. been stuck on this quest for a while now. Every ticket i submit is just some generic answer. Even tho in my ticket ive told them I tried everything they told me to do already. Like seriously stop bs'ing us and get this *** fixed. No point in have a subscription if my character cant progress further. game over
