PC NA Down, Latency Spiked and Crashed

PC NA Server and it isn't just steam this time, its the regular servers as well this time that are starting to act funny. I hope midyear mayhem isn't this bad or zos should plan ahead and make it last longer ahead of time.

ZirconJunkie✭✭✭✭ESO servers have been unstable for the past 4 years. Some patches are better than others, but there's never been a time since April 2014 that I could say this was a stable game. Zenimax is either unable or unwilling to fix the problem, so at this point I'd say server instability is a feature.4
