They have had to suspend the system yes as it was having issues with the timer.
They have said they will fix it as soon as they can and that no one will miss out on the big rewards for this month.
New system. First monthly rollover. Things did go as they were planned to no.

It looks like they decreased number of daily rewards from 23 to 20. Perhaps some of the rewards you get multiple times (poisons?) were consolidated into one day? It is still starting with an XP scroll, so they did not just throw away early rewards. The whole schedule got reconfigured but I can not say exactly how.
Nonetheless, the missed days due to bug will not hurt your ability to get the guar pet and all the crates that are at end of reward cycle. Having to fit 20 daily logins into 28 days remaining in month is easier than having to fit 23 daily logins into 28 days remaining in month, especially with July being a popular vacation month where people may be away and unable to login for stretches.2 -

Numbers don't look higher on any reward though, compared to last month. Still possible as we don't know the numbers from before, but I'd say they just left some potions out now.
Doesn't really make a difference though, the most important thing is that the required days for the crown crates are 2 days less now, as it should be. Or anyone want to complain about not having enough crown poisons?

ZOS_GinaBrunoCommunity ManagerAs others have mentioned, the Daily Login Reward system is back online and should be working correctly (you may need to relog in order to see it and claim your first reward). Note that we've removed 3 days from the original July calendar to make up for the fact this wasn't working properly at first. Additionally, we're discussing what sort of compensation we can give to everyone and will have more details on this very soon. You parse those tracebacks from the bottom up to find the origin of the error. In this case, it starts with NoThankYou.lua

They shortened the month. Originally, you had 31 days to claim 23 rewards--with 8 days of leniency. Now you have 28/29 days (since today is a partial day) to claim 20 rewards--8/9 days of leniency.
To shorten the calendar by 3 days, they removed 3 of the "padding" rewards from the calendar: a day each of soul gems, AP, and poisons.

Edit: They're extra broken for everybody: Day 1 is perpetually on a 24h countdown timer, unavailable.
Edit 2 (July 3): Daily Rewards are online (pc/na at least). Log in and claim your reward before they tick to the next day at midnight UTC! (short timer today)
Not working for me, still getting the error "Daily rewards unavailable. Please check again later". If this is not fixed very soon I won't be able to get the final reward

Please make sure you log completely out of the client and close everything down, then open it up and log back in. This forces the system to reload everything including the Reward System that was previously disabled.0 -
