Storage boxes eating items and ESO's ingame support system for missing items..
So that silly storage box ate a bunch of stuff I put in it. Among the items I lost was my Pledge of Mara, the Precursor dummy from the Clockwork quest, about 6 pieces of a dungeon set, and a 5000 crown store Telvanni motif book..
After searching forums after it happened I've found out that the game wipes all Bound items from the storage boxes if you delete a character, ANY character! It doesn't have to be a character that has put the items in the box, or even touched the box at all..
Silly as this bug may be, whats even sillier is when you go to the ingame Help system to make a support ticket for a lost item and this is what you get..

Yes, that's correct, the support system directs you to your inventory to right click the item that you lost, that doesnt exist anymore, and chose the "Get Help" option from the items menu..
Is this a joke? Because I'm not laughing since I lost a €30 crown store motif book to a bug that I KNOW that zenimax knew was there when the patch went live(or shortly after), because
@ZOS_GinaBruno replied on the topic of this bug on Feb 12 at 4:38PM, stating that they will have a fix for it in the first incremental patch(first patch after 3.3.5 went live).
I wonder how they prioritize bugs, clearly they must have alot of spare time in the next couple of days/weeks to handle all the item lost support requests coming their way. I'd love to see them try the "I'm sorry we do not return missing items" on me after that bug ate a €30 crown store item. Wonder how paypal would deal with that refund claim(I bought 5500 crown pack to buy that motif book with on the same day and paid through paypal)
