ZOS should restore the impacted accounts to pre-deletion and then give them a free character slot for their trouble. How many of the people impacted were only deleting a character to make room for a new character to get the new level up rewards anyway?

Probably alot, like me.. And doing a rollback a day or 3 later is not great either since alot of people will probably have done the new dungeons, or leveled up that new character for the new leveling rewards, some perhaps even all the way to 50 already, maybe invested in crown store exp scrolls etc to do it aswell..

Yes, that's correct, the support system directs you to your inventory to right click the item that you lost, that doesnt exist anymore, and chose the "Get Help" option from the items menu..

This, guess vMA weapons lost will be an common complain from players not done vMA.WarriorKeKe wrote: »Well, same thing happened to me today. Lost almost all of my Maelstrom and Asylum weapons. Get a screen shot of that inventory insight. It will help you more than you know!

On the other hand obvious first response would be to disable delete character, its already an limit so setting it to zero would be easy.
But yes skill level is very low,

They said it will be fixed in the next incremental patch... until then... log into a character you plan to keep BEFORE deleting the other. It appears the only time things disappear are when you delete the character you last logged into the game with.
