Falkreath and/or Central Skyrim(Possibly Western Skyrim depending on how ZOS slices it)

Maybe some pirate ships to sail around the map black flag style
Keep dreaming.
Ship sailing not happening.
But underwater combat is very feasible . Guild wars 2 nailed underwater combat in an MMO . Even though I don't like that game.

Murkmire is yet to come. Also Mephala's Realm or whatever that one leaked DLC was, pretty sure I saw some iron atronachs in that trailer so that's a possibility since we're seeing more and more of them.
Id like to see NO new content untill they fix ALL THE BUGS.

I'm going to (sort of) second this idea here. After touring around Hakkvild's High Hall, I got the impression that they purposefully build it to be bridge residence from Craglorn (sliding rock door entrance) to the town of Falkreath (front gate that's not usable). You can clearly see the whole town of Falkreath on the other side of the walls. To me it seems like a lot of effort to build a whole town only to make it inaccessible. I'm saying sort of because it might end up being just a DLC, and not a chapter, but I think we will eventually get access to Falkreath Hold.

Thing is, Falkreath is a dungeon... So no matter what, you can't use that front door.
I think Thras and a return of the Thrassian Plague would be really cool, it's even lore friendly as there has been mentions of Sload sightings in Tamriel even after the All-Flags-Navy. Could also lend itself to a Necromancer Class to come into fruition.
Although, I would like to see a Monk class to make an appearance one day. I'd love the thought of another support class that's geared towards buffs and shields rather than healing and the introduction of unarmed weapons.
