This..... please this..... Cyrodil need some changes... just to change things up a bit...... Link capture points in the IC to overall campaign victory..... increase the value of holding scrolls to 5 points (the game is called the Elder scrolls after all), keeps 3 pt, resources 1 pt, each IC District 3 points, each overland village flag 1 pt each, maybe even throw in key capture points in the IC sewers too for 1 pt a each. Change the dynamics of the campaign a bit, suddenly holding those two scrolls becomes crazy important (and imo it should be)

Yes this one knows we have to go to snooty elf island this year but still her heart it lights up at the possibility of going home one day.

there was a sload in the ol summerset datamine that an npc wants you to go fight. probably gunna be a world boss.
