AddOns have absolutely nothing to do with this.
Hence my disclaimer that I am not sure how all this works! I used ADD ONs as a way to explain in a simple to use way to differentiate client ESO stuffs from Server Side ESO stuffs. And not to come across as rude, if you would have read my later response, I said I did not know that much about the client side saving of stats.
When ESO went live it was completely based on client trust and quickly turned into a bot/cheat paradise.
ZOS has been doing damage control ever since but you'd be surprised how many things can still be manipulated client side.
CE (and others like it) has never stopped working with ESO, it is still possible to change many stats locally on your client, if you know how.
Posts like yours are either born from ignorance or made with the goal of deliberately distracting from the issue.
In either case, you are wrong....
Born from ignorance? Maybe... Deliberately distracting...NO. It comes from my annoyance with hearing over and over from way too many PVP players claims like this with very little facts. "Someone out played me so of course they must be cheating." Comments like this are BS and childish and born out of emotion.
Pics or it didn't happen folks!

You really are ignorant. We have stated multiple times now 213 people saw it when he crashed to desktop.
Also you don't know the history. If you were here for about two weeks after the CE scandal it was night and day different. Cleanest PvP there has ever been. NO ONE was unkillable. It was great
The downside of being a "famous" ESO streamer is that when your game crashes on you and shows your desktop and you have a CE window running in the background, there will be plenty of people to talk about it.VirtualElizabeth wrote: »Pics or it didn't happen folks!

Are you one of these people? THEN REPORT HIM!!! Stop crying wolf and do something about it. That's all I am saying lol.

It's that plain and simple, he got caught with his pants down and yet here we are, listening to people trying really hard to defend him.
I can only think of one reason why some people fall over backwards trying to cast doubt on the fact that he was caught using CE ...

But, when so many of the "great" players were caught using CE, it kinda poisoned the game. Especially after ZOS let many of them back, only to ban them again after a few months. I
The fact that CE still has workarounds is why so many good players will always face allegations.
Its ZOS's complete laziness, and not being forthcoming that has lead to so much conspiracy theories.
Guild of shadows should have been disbanded after this.
https://youtu.be/1EXQ5enFYh4
also why should a whole guild dispand because of a single persons actions, noone realizes how many of these "great" 1vX'ers used cheat engine back in the day, so many people used it and had it hiden, zazeer brought the eyes to the issue at hand, and he paid for it in a perma ban, none the less it changed what eso is today
look at all the names of the great 1vX'ers that for some reason all decided to "quit" the game, literally the exact same time people got banned for CE, hmmmmmmmmmm
Lol, that's the same guild that blixney used to openly run with and lay down siege for when he was 100% unkillable.
I mean really...
not once did blinxy use any type of cheat engine or 3rd party client to do what he did, it was 100% use of certain set items and the 2000+ champion points he had at the time, back when he was able to use all of the champion points

I am not defending Kodi nor am I accusing him either: I have watched about 2 videos of his and I did like his ideas but that its the extent of my "fan girling" so far.
What I am really trying to say here is this type of accusations are rampant in PVP - I have heard it about Sypher, Mojican, King Richard and now Kodi. So before you start pounding the keyboard and yelling CHEATER just step back and think: Is my response to the situation logical and with some validity or is it just some emotional reaction to being bested by someone else.
I am in tech but I don't know anything about game coding...zip, zilch, nada. But after reading over blogs, sites etc and they are devoted to cheating in various games, what you are accusing this guy of just doesn't seem plausible.
At this point I would say I am going to agree to disagree with some of you folks and I hope to see you in Cyrodiil soon! Send me a tell and say Hellooooo!

LOL Are people saying this about the video in the OP? I thought for sure it was a joke as I then watched myself make the highlight reel.
