Hey guys, just letting you know we did see your posts about ongoing issues with LFG last night. It's likely that some things are going to be slower during peak times over the weekend due to demand, but we are looking into ways to improve grouping performance and the tool itself in the future.

@stuff12002 Where was that posted? Cause that is complete and utter BS and I need to write an angry post. 30 insta declines in 30 seconds is not the fault of peak time. Why is it so *** difficult for them admit there is a problem and address it?

That was posted in the main thread that ZOS set up under general discussion called, “Update on Grouping Issues, Mysterious Reward Boxes & Maintenance Announcement”. ZOS has since abandoned any actual meaningful updates that actually explain what they may be doing proactively to fix it. Like other folks have opined here in the forums, this is basically ZOS modus operandi and they don’t have any motivation to change how they handle this stuff, apparently. The tickets I submitted have been closed after some back and forth just telling me to post in the forums. This is like a C+ company that isn’t going to change. It’s like screaming at Walmart to add more cashiers. I’ll just go ahead and apologize to everyone on behalf of this company’s incompetence. Sorry, y’all
