"Self-buffed" means no horns, no SPC, etc. It does not mean "no Ele" because the point of a dummy parse is to test how good your rotation is.
You won't have Ele on your bar during a trial. You won't be casting Ele during a trial. Missing the sustain from Ele means that your rotation will be different on a dummy. All these things change your rotation and defeats the purpose of testing your rotation.
