    No.

The target dummies should ALWAYS have identical stats, with some having more health than others. There is a reason why guild ask for "self buffed" DPS parses.

That way damage parses don't get more diluted than they already are.

If you wish to know your damage after the Major debuffs are applied, simply ask a friend to come and keep those debuffs on the target.

And no, you cannot claim those results are self buffed.

All self buffed DPS parses that are required by guilds include Major Fracture or Breach.

That is because people include those debuffs in their rotation.

And do you use that same rotation in trials? Do you apply Ele drain every 20 sec on the boss yourself and have all other magicka DPS do it too? Casting Ele Drain is a loss of DPS, so its not an accurate test.

    To elaborate:

"Self-buffed" means no horns, no SPC, etc. It does not mean "no Ele" because the point of a dummy parse is to test how good your rotation is.

You won't have Ele on your bar during a trial. You won't be casting Ele during a trial. Missing the sustain from Ele means that your rotation will be different on a dummy. All these things change your rotation and defeats the purpose of testing your rotation.

That's what I intended to say, but you said it better than me.
