Really? Somebody lost 3,5 years worth of progress possibly because of an exploit but boohoo if you have to re-do some hours of play. Selfish much?

If you what has to be fixed you don't need few hours, just make the fix, stop megaservers, update, and restart.

Due to the nature of the exploit, we aren't able to divulge any details. That said, you can rest assured that we will be fixing it, and any accounts found to be abusing it will be taken care of.

Well considering I represent the entire playerbase of this morning in this regard, yeah. Your emotions do not matter, and these problems should be fixable without the nuclear option.

Should and are, are two different things. And considering you do not represent the entire player-base. In fact you barely represent a player. We'll not listen to your opinion on this matter.
Some people at the lan bought the game today to play. This is a joke.
Be calm people, ZoS is rearranging the increasing Argonian population. Servers will be back in a bit.

Mm. Tally up all of the time the rollback would cost people, and then weigh it against his total play time in 3.5 years. I wouldn't burn down my house to remove a few rats either.

While I'm not naive enough to think my hours are more than the WHOLE SERVERS...but think...if this happened to me...it could have happened to others.
That said, I have a LOT of hours in those 3.5 years lol.
I hope they don't have to roll the whole server back, and honestly, I don't think I'd want them to. Not "just for me". But I would like to have my isolated incident taken care of, and all of those who may have been affected as well. I'm not *that* big of a ***...

It's ok. This can be a good place to chat in the meantime.
As "this is a good place to chat" and also there is a little time while fixing is underway I have 2 questions on Master Writs.
Although there was no ZOS announcement in patch notes or similar we see since HoR that Master Writs received now include Morrowind crafting stations and now the (non Crown Store) Motifs up to and incuding Morrowind.
- Has the list of qualifying Motifs for Writ drop improvement also increased to include these same Motifs up to Morrowind?
- If it has then have you also added in Furnishing Plans/Master Furnisher Achievement as Qualifying for Writ drop improvement too?
1. Yes, we added new Motifs to increase Writ drop chances with this latest update.
2. We have not yet incorporated this.
3. We'll do a better job at messaging changes like this in the future.

I was the one that sold the idea of this game, they're pissed. Already they prefer we all just ensure we had Overwatch.
There aren't many games we all have really.
