That said, not everyone looks there without a reason so I think having a thread here in General is a great idea.

Please fix the bards while you're at it or make them killable again. They were already annoying but sing/plying up to 4 songs at once is torture. Why aren't they killable anymore. It was my outlet as a music critic.

emergency bug fixing for a bug that is being exploited for some reason. Considering they can't fix a bug without taking down the servers, i'm not surprised at all they tagged on some maintenance, considering all the lag recently.

I think I may know what this is about but won't elaborate until it's been addressed. Let's just say...it wiped 3.5 years of progress of mine.

I like the bards, and wouldn't want them to be killed.
My one exception is bards who sing "Red Diamond." Those should be killed immediately, no hesitation.

Please explain us once again, why downtime is done only when EU prime time is nearby? Few hours for fixing some exploit? Since when applying fixes takes so much time? You need to replace whole game data at servers or what?

Yeah sure. That's why CE users are permabanned too and the users who exploited the surveys with their bankers were stripped of their tempers and their gains. Oh wait...

Excuse me Gina, but the company has a notorious record when it comes to these things. If it's really about the no death achievement on Falkreath Hold you can't take care of users who simply played the game...

We certainly avoid taking the server offline during prime time, but in this case, the issue was serious enough to require us to apply a fix immediately.

That reasoning is entirely counterintuitive.... If you are fixing it, than why does it matter? Also, how would I or anyone else know they are doing something "wrong"if you don't clearly state WHAT IT IS THEY ARE DOING WRONG? You people cloak rules under a grey umbrella of "exploit" yet it's up to us to figure WHAT IS AN EXPLOIT, and what's intended? Please just be transparent with us, the people majing your pay check possible... Or do you want more people dropping subscriptions on you?

This is ZOS - Their on/off switch is RNG based, so they only have a 1 in 6 million chance of getting the result they want whenever they press it. They are thinking about introducing a token system to make it faster, but there's no ETA yet.
