we had some issue when we killed something, there was a delay around 2-4 second where the mob was frozen before turned in to a corpse so we could loot it, it was most in the new dungeon.

The point you mentioned is not controled by players . Cant be that. It only makes sense to take the server down for few hours if its something serious.0 -

... I really hope it wasn't something as trivial as that. Because if it was just, people getting achievements, rewards and leaderboard points for technical issues / technical problems. <- Well, thats how I would describe PVP for the last 3 years (if I was in a bad mood) ... and guess what, that hasn't been fixed till now.

How about banning people using cheat engine instead? How about fixing the botters? Try some Game Masters maybe...

A perma or even a temp ban for these people would be an injustice. Some may not have even realized they got the achievement. It's not like they went in there to exploit it, it was just running new content. I think it is something bigger.5 -

Generally if the exploit can ruin the in-game economy, they're faster about fixing it since it has a wide impact, like with the survey banker exploit. So I'm thinking it's along those lines, but it'd still be nice to get confirmation if the exploit is something that'd have to be done maliciously/intentionally.3 -
