There's only so many ways we can say we're looking into something.

SilentRaven1972 wrote: »Is there some odd sync issue going on? In a thread I started yesterday (moved to PC help, I had the log-in issue), someone mentions an unusual fix for a friend, but said they felt things were out of sync. I suppose that's possible, and maybe even was the cause for my strange landing in a very empty Glenumbra last night, after an odd "catch-up" load screen near the woodworking area. I always get hit with load screens there, but this one went through a few back-and-forths between load screen and location until I ended up at the stable, just outside the gate, no players, no NPC's, no living anything.
For fun, I went into stealth, but even in areas I knew there was no one, I was still "seen". I had to port to one of my houses, and all seems ok for the moment.
It's unbelievable ZOS's ability to - literally - ignore a problem. Several players are reporting problems logging in since the end of PS4 server maintenance. I do not know if there is any relation with the PC servers, but something is happening, being reported by numerous players under the silence of ZOS in trying to solve this problem.
Players are kicked out of the server when they log in. From the character selection screen, either return to the login screen again, or last a few seconds after login, returning to the same login screen.
Problems exist, common and normal, what should not be 'ordinary and normal' is the silence of ZOS - at least to help us solve this problem.
Here you have tried everything from repair files (3 times), shut down firewall, antivirus, check local connection, nothing seems to solve a problem that appeared in the morning (USA time).
Since we are not receiving any ZOS attention in the specific forum, I have decided to create a topic here, so maybe ZOS will see our appeal.
https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/4373489#Comment_4373489Ok buddy was having same issue going on two days now, logs on then shortly after kicked to logon screen. He tried to port but never wold move him. He tried repair, reinstall, firewall, antivirus tweaks, you name it.
The fix we figured seems to be a result of some type of sync issue.
I traveled to his location and had him quickly invite me to his group before he crashed since I could never see his character as registering online. The group took and he crashed once.
He then logged back in and could only see me moving and not other players around him.
I then started a duel with him, so far so good no crash..however anytime we moved more than 15-20 meters apart his character started fading like Michael J Fox in back Back to the Future.
He then followed my character out of town to another wayshire then attempted to travel to me. His travel took and was successful and stayed logged in.
I then traveled to another location via wayshire and he attempted the same and all worked. We then broke group and attempted several hops and some combat, his account is working again without issue.
We are now back at my house on the deck drinking some digital alcohol celebrating, hope this helps someone or offers insight to the root of this problem.
Geez they are looking into it. Because its not fixed when the whiners say it should be doesnt mean it wont be fixed. Mercy

Nobody's ignoring the problem - we are actively looking into this issue to figure out a solution. We want to get everyone back into the game as much as you want to get back into the game.
Doesnt matter ! Certain people will still complain no matter what happens. They always have the "correct" answer.

Look at this game. The graphics are gorgeous, the environment feels extremely real so much so that when I've clipped or fallen through the world my only disappointment was that this place only exists digitally.
They'll fix it when they can. I'm sure there's some bloke carrying a super long shift away from his family, albeit collecting overtime, just so some neckbeards can go back to the only known human location where they are cool.
