Login Issues on NA

Hello, everyone I know that this login issue has become very frustrating and I am one in the number as well. Since we all have did our own trouble shooting techniques here's one I found out about after I talked with my ISP. It has nothing at all to do with your internet connection or fps. What would like is for us to look at the DNS server that's on their end. No matter how much time I spent troubleshooting I have always stated it was on their end now I have proof. Every time we have a successful login it last may 5 days at most then coboom you back to getting the error message again. I am not rocket science and I am not getting paid for this, but let's keep it real too many people are having the same problem and it is not coming from your end. We use the same DNS server- which is google. So if the vast majority can't login then that meant that elderscrolls severs has somehow block that connection and no one in support has caught it. They will never own up to it being on their end but that make sense and explains the many login issues arising. It took me 3 weeks to even get to the character screen in which had never happened as long as I own thie elderscrolls online. So I got to thinking because I hated these updates because they are so big and takes so long and I had a feeling I was not going to be able to login in and i was right. So I have been back and forth with support and I shared some news but not all because I figure this was not over. The thing is it is a server and we are trying to connect to it. So for whatever the reason because we all have similar DNS addresses ESO server time us out. It is not the players and I have been saying it. I can not login either at this point and I am really tired of wasting my time.
