I'd like to see Transmogrification of armor styles be tel var based.

Or based on some special drop found in the sewers specifically.

Make the item able to be sold on markets, and it won't be "behind a pay wall" or "behind PvP" (not that ZOS doesn't deserve to make some money off of newly developed features).

I really just want IC to become relevant again for more than boss farming zergs, especially the sewers. They're empty.

Just an idea.

Something needs to be done to make IC relevant and this will make it so populated that it will be worth going down there for insane fights.

I fully support the telvar system being the base currency of this new feature.

I actually agree with OP. Even though it sucks putting it behind a pay wall. It would bring DLC's that are currently dead, to life and be more exciting.

Knowing ZOS, we DO KNOW that Transmog will be behind a paywall anyways = ESO+. And Imperial City comes with ESO+ anyways. So that argument that putting it behind a paywall doesn't really work here, because you're getting it wether you like it or not.

Not if the pickup item is BoE or able to be sold.

And developed content can't all be free. ZOS has to make money somehow.

Nope, terrible idea. I hate almost everything about this DLC except maybe the art design and PVE dungeons, and I'm not alone in the sentiment. If a ton of people would rather drop 900k gold+ on getting IC crafting stations into their homesteads so they NEVER have to go here again, I doubt you're going to lure them with some costume options.

I think most people who have been begging for the system are PVE focused players. It's a good idea to create an incentive to get people in the sewers but why squishy bad pve players? Wouldn't it be better to get pvp players in there? I'd rather see some sewer specific content, like a domination mini-game around the districts, with PVP specific gear tie-ins for BIS PVP gear.

Why gank bads who just want to have good looking armor to ERP in, when you can have good fights instead?

No new PvE stuff into IC. In fact cut every tie to PvE. Hakeijos should be moved out to e.g. survey maps. Then feel free to redesign IC to a pure PvP area.

Where do you think pure PVE-players get their Hakeijos?

Never had one, no idea what they do. Still would like to be able to transmog my armor (well, honestly, I'd prefer appearance slots, so that I don't have to destroy old rare-drop armor just to get it's visuals on something I might replace one day.)

If you want IC to be relevant again, then you should eliminate PvE objectives and PvE rewards, not add more. IC is filled mostly with people who are there for non-PvP things who are trying to avoid PvP, and a few PvPers who prey on them. It's not fun for either group--those who don't want to PvP see the PvP as a nuisance, and those who do want to PvP don't find good fights--only gank targets or groups that zerg together for self-protection.

The PvP/PvE-hybrid model is why IC failed in the first place.
