There is a guy in AD who has the Emperor title of a campaign that was closed, but as I fought along side him, it was very obvious he had no Emp buffs. So methinks he'd only get them if that campaign was actually active and he was playing inside it.
Good to know. Thanks for clearing that up

I think what's lacking with red is the coordination game.

Ni-Mohk just returned to Castle Faregyl of its own accord, and it was a red who grabbed it. What were they doing with that scroll this whole time?

Like Haderus is anything but a scrub buff server to begin with. AD has a double score lead of like 4-5k points right now.

If anything moving to non-CP will maybe help balance out the Alliances a little more than they are right now where AD has way more max CP players.

    You're missing the point.

Haderus is used by a lot of people to play and warm up before heading into Scourge.

No one really cares who wins it.

Well maybe not DC or AD, but I know my EP guild always makes a point to win haderus every week and I think they had a 14 week winning streak at one time.

what to do, what to do, what to do...

man, that was a bomb first week of pvp in scourge - huge epic AvA battles all over the map...

now, DC can hardly ever take ash, and, EP can barely leave arrius...

no doubt once AD puts away this campaign in the next week or so - I'm sure the last week or so of the campaign will get competitive once again...

I have absolutely no idea how to "fix" this situation...

I mean yeah, sure you can put in effect some kind of score "catch up" mechanism to keep the scores close - but, how do you control DC and EP players not wanting to join the campaign and all the AD players wanting to play on this map...

this is starting to feel even worse than when DC had a strangle hold on the map six months or so ago...

last night had a little better luck when I logged in around 10pm p.s.t. (just needed to buff my pride recovery from earlier in the evening) as far as the map goes - we were gated at that moment but managed to get in and run blue out to chalman...then, AD put their foot down and wiped us off the map again...

@TequilaFire you wanna know why DC heads straight east all the time - cuz, they have no shot a lot of the time to capture ash...

yeah, a little frustrated right now...oh well...

gonna start playing my EP characters again tonight...may just end up running the public dungeons though...

STB is what I used to see in Haderus. Since AD has come to Haderus, even overnight, many EP have ditched it and gone to Skull. EP enjoyed Haderus for months without competition.

When I've asked EP to help out in Scourge, many called Scourge a zerg-fest and many other salty things. I've gotten to know the usual players in Haderus and Skull in all alliances and many do not like Scourge.

I've been seeing new EP player names popping up in Scourge asking if anyone needs a group. So maybe a new wave of players will get a new guild going. Sucks that a lot of EP in Scourge can't get along.

Vivec will become the new Scourge so I will give the other NCP campaigns a shot.

We have good guild leaders on EP, but they get tired of having their guilds play the map the way it is supposed to be only to be attacked in text chat by all the wannabe 1vX players that think that is how the game is supposed to be played.

We get ridiculed for taking objectives for campaign points and scrolls to weaken the enemy and give our alliance buffs.

After working hard and taking objectives we turn around and EP standing around has lost what we took only to put in text chat why were we across the map taking another keep instead of coming back and defending the keep they were standing in but too chicken to jump off the wall and wipe out the enemy siege.

Can't be everywhere at once, no wonder so many good EP guilds have left.
They are hated on by their own alliance.

The good thing is that when I play on my AD or DC toons, I see the same text chat. Seems to only be in Scourge. Haderus and Skull mostly play like the old times where everyone just moved to the next keep and then back to defend.

Another thing lost is Area Chat. This was very useful before Text Chat, when group leaders would actually talk about who was going where to discuss "strategery." But the arguments were also epic...

man, been doing a bunch of griping and whining lately - just wanted to say - got into a great fight right out the chute at brk mill...never would have thought it could be so much fun focused on healing and supporting other players :)

on my EP nord magplar - just switched back from elegance to rattlecage, using 1 monster piece and julianos...

being thinking I need to go with using (2) 4 set pieces on jewelry/armor and completing each set with a like weapon piece...

point being - i'm starting to get the feeling it's almost essential to run a monster set for health or damage purposes...

I'm having a lot of fun with the healer thing - it's weird, instead of focusing on the enemy you're watching your own allies much more closely :)

it's cool though when someone tries to wipe the players around you but you're able to heal them through whatever aoe damage is going on at the moment...

dang...it's like watching one of those movies were they shake the camera around a bunch to give you that action "feel"...

just got kicked - before that though the screen started getting real choppy...

checked my connection: 48 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up...it ain't my connection...

fortunately "reappeared" in the exact same spot - funny enough there was a fight going on at the time - now every one is gone...

Edit: I swear it happened - playing EP stam sorc, level 44...i have the capture chalman keep mission, so hanging around there...

was kinda surprised I was able to take the farm so easily solo - some different characters still struggle at times...

wasn't any where else to go so, hung around the farm...was able to beat 2 cp600 players...not at the same time, one after another, used the guards to help a lot...

ugh, no pics, no vid :# ...it was cool, actually hit a few rotations in a row spot on...he uses a bow and 2H...went with focused aim, encase and then the 2H...

just to be clear - this is not a normal occurrence

hold the presses - don't look now folks:

we got a new leader in scourge - daggerfall covenant with a slight edge over the aldmeri dominion...

even late night out here on the west coast AD still has two bars in haddy...sooooooo, I'm gonna guess this is still a very undecided affair with 17 days (or at least until morrowind comes) to go...

top score on the leaderboards: unoperatic from DC with 10.5 mil...killed me the other day with eye of something - players shouldn't be allowed to use that while all buffed out on emp juice :#

been playing AD last couple of days...i read here all the times on the forums how OP mag sorcs are - makes me wanna play him :)

I've started working close combat scenarios for dks and sorcs off of talons & encase...just helps keep things a little simpler when I'm bouncing around to different characters...

considering I'm in 7 light - surprisingly durable character...still need to add immovable pots and level up his medicinal use in alchemy...

gave up on stacking shields with this particular character...out of his 12 ability slots - 8 are offensive...

I'm slow to the game but have finally discovered the joys of shield stacking Sorc. wow it makes a huge difference in survival! It also works very well with the infernal guardian monster set.

    Some other thoughts

It's interesting to me joining a few different pug or guild groups. The coordination of leaders is so different, I don't know what to really make of it. Some are highly objective based, while others are all about maximizing AP.

I've been digging the AP farm, but it does kind of burn you out.

Zerg or be zergged in scourge.

While I finally got enough AP to get me some sweet gold jewelry.......the golden hasn't had anything good or it's all been bind on pickup.

Too true. I've been hiding in skull the last couple months. Went from DC zergin hard to yeah red now. But like you said I prefer the small scale even if it does get 4 v 40 a lot haha. Pulled of quite some funny vids.
