This ended as expected. With you doing the opposite of everything I listed, and picking the lesser of two evils to confess to. If I was you I would have gone with passing the information as mine too, over admitting to know the entire time. But why pretended the information was yours, I guess you just wanted all the adoring fans
There was a guy selling the design earlier in zone chat - I whispered asking how much they were selling for, was given a MM example of 1.5 mil and told "offer". I replied I was aware of how to get the design (thanks, OP ☺) and considered the expected price too steep for a few hour's farming, so I would decline to purchase. I may farm for it, for myself, in a month or so - with a new Warden thief I plan to make. All 12 of my characters have completed that quest, so I'll need to get a fresh character for it.

The original guys who knew where to farm it made their huge profits and then released the information a few days after some guys release a fake farm spot. I was going to post this right away but I'm usually busy and didn't have the time. And I don't know the guy who was selling the recipe personally, I just knew who he was in case I l, or anyone else wanted to buy it. That's all there is to it.
And also, I made this post knowing that this is mostly a PC community, and I know that a lot of PC players even believed the recipe didn't exist.

You lost me at the part where you said that you were going to post right away, but didn't have the time. You've been pretty active on the forums, and then when you find out information on the whereabouts of one of the most coveted items in ESO, you suddenly got too busy to hop online to post the information, which was a whopping six lines and couldn't have taken more than 1 minute to type. I know for a fact that this has been known for over a month on PS4, and that it was damn sure not coming from Writ Vouchers, and your responses here and the back-and-forth in other threads (hyping and advertising the Designs) seem to imply that it was a concerted effort to let people know that the item was available, and where to find it. I'm sure that you're going to say that people are reading too much into it, but it quite simply looks like your group on PS4 was doing everything possible to steer people away from the Golden Goose, while directing prospective buyers to the right Guild Traders. Just my 2 cents.
Sooo... are there any other special furniture recipes you can obtain by pickpocketing in a special area?
I'm afraid it can't be the only one you can miss out that easily.
Thanks a lot for this! I got 3 bubblers in 1 hour
Note: I was pickpocketing servants 2 times, then killing them with blade of woe. Never got a bubbler from pickpocketing, only from murdering. So looks like murdering has better chance to drop bubbler, than pickopocket.

I levelled up TG today to lvl 7 in few hours.
What do you think is a realistic price for one of these designs on NA PC? Someone was spamming a sale earlier and when I whispered for price he said 3.5m which is crazy. On the other hand it must be worth more than the 7k suggested by MM I would have thought.

@Amour I only know of one other (I'm sure there's more). You can get the coffin and coffin lid by breaking into the vampire Derano's house in Hew's Bane and picking her pocket. And just so you are prepared..........sometimes when she catches you picking her pocket, she will let her bats go on you! I almost died because it took me by surprise! Not sure why because my character is a vamp and uses bats but I still was not expecting that!
But why is it behind a paywall when other loots are not (cypher, nirncrux, aetherial dust etc)?

Is it for certain this doesn't drop anywhere else?
Honestly I have no problem with DLC-specific cosmetic fluff. If people really can't sub for a single month to get the stuff they want out of the DLC's I really have no sympathy for them, sorry.
Now, if it was exclusive to the Casino Crates I would probably riot.
@ZOS_GinaBruno I and many players have already completed the quest and cannot go back to farm and need to roll new characters. This is a problem if you already have maxed character slots and this design punished completionists. Can you consider allowing players to revisit the palace?

Gating something like that behind a one-time-only quest zone is kinda sh*tty towards people who have already done it ...
In general, too many zones and areas are off-limits after you have done a quest, it's a waste of design and space.
The easy solution here would be to open up the Palace to people who have already done the quest, make it a zone you can return to after the event. That way people can farm the skooma bubbler as well, and also enjoy the look of the palace.
Locking off places after questing is a waste of resources.
