so NB grim focus still not touched....nb will be still on bottom dps because of lack good damage in his skills lol with still removed bonus to attacks from stealth...I dont see future for this class in pve dps and open fights outside gank except just few players on server who have mastered this class
With 45% uptime of Major Slayer (if You're using soul harvest) nb can be actually in good position after update. Cheap ultimates can be nice especially nb ulti that also gives 20% dmg buff. Also about Grim Focus They said they may tweak it not that they'll tweak it for sure.

Seriously players, if you don't agree with these patch notes or where this game is going, cancel your preorders, cancel your subs and stop buying crowns. Hitting them in the wallet is going to be the only way they are going to listen in the long run.
It's obvious these devs have no clue what they are doing, or if they do, they don't care.
I'm beginning to think the closed beta is there as damage control more than anything else due to the NDA so we players can't go around telling and especially showing other players how bad it really is.

How you not been playing attention to the PTS process? All we are going to get is minor tweaks and token changes because ZoS has never modified, let alone reverted, the core essence of a patch. Quite frankly I don;t even know why people mash their F5 key in anticipation of Patch Notes when they have been nothing more than a compendium of nerfs for at least the past year and I would argue all the way back to the Imperial city Patch. Indeed, it has come to the point where I dread ZoS's updates because despite their good intentions, they keep making the game worse and more frustrating to play.
